Didn’t contact me after they decided they couldn’t fix the vehicle. Instead they wasted 10 days of my time and the car is stuck in their shop over the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place has amazing customer service. I couldn't drive after my accident, and after the repairs were complete, I was struggling with how to get my car picked up. When I discussed it with the people at Gerber's, they offered to bring my car to me! Wow, talk about service.

Rafael did such an amazing job! Very professional and I was told what to expect in advance. My car turned out better than expected and in a shorter amount of time! Thank you so much for your service!

I would like to give Cory some recognition. As someone with technician, service writer and shop manager experience, I was thoroughly happy with the excellent service that Cory gave me. He was great with updating me on a daily basis. He would listen to and openly discuss my ideas and concerns and made me feel like I had a voice in my repair. Good customer service is hard to come by and it isn't very often that I'm impressed. Thank you Cory.

Gerber Collision is an outstanding place for your vehicle after an accident. They will make you whole again. Very friendly & courteous. Professionalism that you rarely see anymore.

Place is a joke. $300 tow and then they said they were too busy to do my work. Kept it for a week and nothing, guaranteed progressive fix is a straight up lie. There must have been 100 cars there. If you looking to get taken care of in a timely manner, or at all for that matter, I suggest you look elsewhere

Rafael Osorio was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very personable and professional. You could tell that he has passion when it comes to helping others and making sure the customer leaves satisfied. All staff were also very friendly and I had complete trust with my car the entire week it was there. You're definitely in good hands if you bring your car here.they take great care of you. They also made working with my insurance very easy and updated me daily via text or phone call.

Been going here for 20+ years when ever we had issues with our vehicles, awesome staff and great quality of work, used Fix Auto once for my wife’s car and the paint is already peeling after 2 years.
