4Very poor staff are working there (not kind, nor friendly, or even helpful) Not there to help you or even direct you in the write directions. Definitely need a supervisor to look over them.they will tell you most are documents need to reprinted it and photo’s to be retaken so they can charge you much more.
If I could give this place 0 starts I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. Very poor customer service, rude, and discriminating staff. They gave me very hard time to get their job done, charged me extra money and at the end I was told I will be rejected. Don’t waste your time there!
A pleasant atmosphere with friendly professional personnel, who made the process fast, easy and tension free. And lol, we got back our passports much quicker than expected. Special thanks to Cindy Kariuki for perfect communication for unfailing submission.
