Kids loved it, lots of activities. Wish there was more space for small kids where the big kids weren't allowed. My 3 year old got literally football slammed by some very large teens running/ jumping way too fast. They just laughed with no remorse at all. I realize there are risks, but that could be minimized by clearly defined areas.

Great place for kids but lacking good management and cleanliness. The foam blocks look like they've lived 3 lifetimes and havnt been replaced, dirty floors and facility are in need of constant cleanliness and always seem ignored.

Just came back here my two sons had a blast! One is 11 the other one is just 2 years old. I was jumping and having a blast as well!

Dirty with ripped or over stretched trampolines everywhere for how expensive it is. Missing foam blocks in most areas for safety. Only 1 ball in dodgeball area and only 1 bathroom stall locks.

This place had so much potential but the owners or management failed this place. It’s dirty and the workers don’t care for the place. The last few times we went have been bad. Yesterday was the final straw where there was throw up in two different places and they only had the front desk person working.

Place was literally falling apart, isolation fell from the ceiling as my kids were playing in the dodgeball area. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff (two girl cashiers) were very Nice or else it would have been 0 stars.

Bianca and crew were wonderful! This is such a great place to bring a group of kids to let them run and run and run! The staff was easy to get along with and attentive.

AC is off during heatwaves. There’s only one unit on and in the main entrance. Not fair for families that are trying to enjoy the indoors while it’s blazing hot outside.

It was my daughters first time and she loved it. We got a discount through Groupon and the process was so easy. There is so much for the kids to do and it's fun for the adults too

Dirty, crowded, small, no toilet paper in the bathroom, A. C.that they have is not enough for the place felt like a sauna

This place is extremely dirty. The kids in general had fun jumping around but the matting around the trampolines, the rugs, the walls and the bathroom are filthy. Needed to douse in sanitizer prior to leaving and garbaged the socks they made us purchase because again it is very unkept in there. For the cost it is not worth it.

This place is a health hazard. It was over packed. Half eaten food and trash was left around seating areas. Air conditioner was broken and kids were running through water. There was vomit left on the carpet and kids were running through it. There was no employees monitoring the floor and there were about 6 employees at the front desk. Don’t waste your money and this place should be reported to the health department

I had my daughter's 8 the bday party here the other day and I paid for the flippin awesome package that supposedly included 10 jumpers along with frozen treats for each jumper and a month free pass for bday girl. None of my jumpers were given the frozen treats and bday girl did not get a pass to anything we paid almost $500 and the pizzas were so late on getting there I don't think I'll ever have a bday party there again.

I'm here right now, what happened to this place!? Carpet is ripping. Everything is dirty. Hot and stuffy inside. All the vending machines are empty and out of order. No one Supervising. Kids kicking balls to the roof hitting lights, which is knocking dust all over. Tvs all off. All foam squares are falling apart. Was going to bring the kids to the Halloween night but not anymore.

The kids have fun here but I just have to say this place is getting more disgusting every time we come. Wadded up toilet paper on the ceiling in the bathroom, grime everywhere. It truly is so dirty and gross! The bathroom stinks like urine, the floors are black. There was even dirty mop water in the front that looked like it had been sitting there for days. I never once saw a worker walk in the Jump areas.it was a free for all.
