Get Hooked, Simi Valley CA

This is my favorite place to support in Simi valley. I love the fact that they always have very fresh food and healthy food. Their drinks are over the top. My chai tea is always made perfect to my liking, oat milk cinnamon and the little coffee Bean at the top. This little family-owned business does so much for our community. Check them out!

I’ve only been to this place twice, but I really appreciate a drive-through for breakfast that isn’t Starbucks every once in a while. The first time I went I was actually mind blown that the young men working there had such nice manners and the second time I was met with the same good customer service. My main reason for writing a review today is that I just had the iced pumpkin chai and it is probably the best one I’ve had at any coffee shop. Delicious, sweet and creamy. Perfecto.

All these negative reviews seem biased and purposely sabotaging. So here is an honest review. I’ve decided to try out this spot, especially cause it is a locally owned. My first few experiences have been great. I’m always greeted by the staff. They have friendly service. The food is amazing. They have a great selection on teas. And I will be telling my friends and family to try out. I’m definitely hooked.

Horrible experience! Staff blocked person in front of me from leaving and called the cops on them I was waiting over a hour just to leave. The girl working caused a massive scene and was very unprofessional trying to ask me and other guest what we thought about the situation.

I had a feeling I should check the reviews today after a man went nuts on the poor staff. I've been coming to get Hooked for months and am proud to support this mom & pop shop. I was in the dining room could hear him screaming through the window while an employee kept apologizing. Her coworker came over to help and the man got louder. I saw him pull out and horizontally block the drive through as the employee went out to ask him to leave. Thankfully the situation calmed down when the man finally left. I just wanted to say I thought the service as always was top tier and I apologize for the nasty reviews this man and his friends are bombarding your page with. My latte was wonderful and I WILL be returning.

Second time visiting Get Hooked, so you can say we’re hooked. Great service, friendly staff, very inviting. The drinks and food are delicious, we look forward to more visits.

Great breakfast/coffee joint! Had the Mullholand breakfast burrito and the Malibu bagel sandwich. Super fresh and reasonable $$. We will be back!

Ordered two 20oz coffees which they charged extra compared to 16oz. Literally both came and they were 16oz. What a joke

I went in and right when I entered the door they hit me over the head with a metal bat and set me on fire. Food is good tho

The best coffee and lattes along with fantastic bagels. Enjoy sitting watching traffic go by as I enjoy my drink and meal in a no rush atmosphere. Try them and you'll Get Hooked also

But, for a regular coffee, nothing special. I ordered a regular coffee
Days ago. It was just light coffee.
At 9am, nothing much begals and pantries options. The sliders were okay
Mango shake.was okay, too

I have gone here now three different times within the year. It takes about 20 minutes in the drive thru if there’s one to two cars in front of you, every time I’ve gone at least. It’s so close to my home that I was hoping this would be the spot. I was impressed with the customer service, packaging, and the details they put into their specialty drinks. The bagels are fine. It just takes too long if you’re wanting a quick grab and go. Ive never been inside, drive thru only.

Outstanding food and wonderful service! I had the Mulholland burrito and it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Coffee is okay.sometimes it can be a hit or miss but the bagel sandwiches are really good - repeat customer for a while and nothing better than doing it in a drive thru

First time here & I liked it. Bagel & cream cheese was good. Hazelnut coffee lacked enough hazelnut flavor, which was disappointing. The staff are polite & helpful. I got my order to go but the place is inviting enough that I might stay & eat there next time.

This place is a joke, I ordered something through uber eats.
I canceled immediately after placing ordered because I got a coffee.
"They started on your food" and was charged for it.
How is it reasonable to charge for a ordered that was canceled seconds after being placed.
Never buying from this location again. Scummy people
