Service personnel were very helpful and professional. The only reason I dropped a star was because the person who changed the oil did not reset the oil change notification on the dash. The fellow who handled the paperwork tried to reset it. But, wife realized the problem after she got home. So, have to make another trip to Geweke.

Geweke Ford has top notch service. I was greeted with a warm welcome and friendly service. Fernando is such a professional and honest salesperson. He took the time to find the perfect car for me. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in such great detail. He even offered me and my mom lunch while I was waiting on the loan approval! If you’re looking to buy a car and want someone who will lay out all your options for you and walk you through each step of the buying process, then Fernando is your go to guy. And shoutout to Desiree too! She was so kind and so helpful! She was there every step of the way when it came to filling out all the paperwork. She is so knowledgeable and efficient too! Awful experience and waste of time. I've been here going on 3 hours for a scheduled appointment. Asked for an update just to be told it hasn't even been pulled back yet. What customer service? Bet they won't send me the kia customer survey email on purpose

Pao was excellent. My 1st time taking my Kia in for a maintenance check. Oil changed, tires rotated and a recall on anti theft was replaced. The employees are friendly. It's a very busy place. I love my Kia Soul. I am very happy with it all. The total package
