Ghirardelli Chocolate Experience, San Francisco CA

No surprise that this place was packed on a Saturday night. Well worth the wait. I ordered the sea salt caramel banana shake and while it was $9, it was the perfect portion to satisfy my sweet tooth. Would definitely order again.

It never disappoints.try banana split there. Parking is a nightmare but if you can find parking it is a great place to spend time.

I came for a visit with my family who love chocolate and we were not disappointed. They sell their popular chocolate squares in packs, or singles or you can create your own mix.
It is a little pricey but worth it.
They also offer their brownie and cake mixes, chocolate syrups and even cookbooks.

And if you're looking for something chocolatey to enjoy in the moment they have an ice cream bar in the store! Cannot wait til I can make my next visit back.

Amazing, always worth the stop. Prices are high, but you pay for the experience and their real estate, right? Service was quick, efficient, and so very kind. We had a larger group and moved some tables around, they didn't mind and came over to help us arrange the tables to work the best for all customers.

Ok chocolate selections priced way beyond what it sells for in any grocery store. Herded like cattle, but the employees were nice.

If you are a fan of really sweet dessert then opt for Decadent drinking chocolate but if you are like me and like semi-sweet drinks then go for Hot Cocoa

Ghirardelli is a must-see when your in San Francisco.wear comfy shoes as there's a lot to see and a lot of walking to do.

Ghirardelli Square is one of the most iconic tourist attractions to visit in San Francisco. From the huge Ghirardelli sign to look at, to the different sweet treats you can look at & get here (ice cream, chocolates, and shakes), there's always some stuff to do here.

Incredible ice cream and chocolate. The Hot Fudge Sundae is delicious, but very large. Best to share with two or three people.

The place is cute but the snacks and drinks are nothing pricy and not so good. You can have better chocolate, ice cream, hot cocoa and cookies elsewhere.

We just dropped by to pick up chocolates for the holidays and as beautiful as today was the line for ice cream wasn't that long.but for me it's all about the peppermint bark chocolate for the holidays.
