My mom received straight disrespect here form the anesthesiologist pick a different office.

Was disappointed to see how staff has little care for patients. Appt was cancelled by staff that I waited for two months, was told no new appointments for another two months. Staff seemed to care little about the situation. Unfortunately, being a disabled veteran, it is hard for me to move around and I couldn't wait another two months to see what was wrong with my health. Hopefully things improve as I would not recommend this place for any issues.

This place is a joke. They are rude to you and if you miss an appt. They charge you $200. Not to your insurance company but you have to pay that. A bunch of crooks

Dr Milan Chakrabarty is an excellent Gastroenterologist and primary care physician, I would not trust my health to anyone else. I unfortunately moved out of state and have not been successful in finding the same great care that I received from Dr Chakrabarty.

This is an excellent place to do all kinds of tests; it is very clean and the employees are very nice and have excellent bedside manner!

Professional office! I like everything here. Doctor ordered a new endoscopy after 5 months from my first one. I have so many GI problems and hope to recover fast with my doctor.

I’m not going back to that doctor and that office I had endoscopy Dr, supposed to with the balloon open my self a guess because always tablet stuck there for seven or eight hours first of all when I wake up in the recovery room with the shivering I was cold like your ice They didn’t cover me with any blanket and I also after one week I got Covid I’m sure I got it from there also for two weeks, my face to draw bruise swelling under my chin, my neck it was bruising and swelling and after three weeks still I have the same problem I have to go to the other doctor to finish it

I did a colonoscopy today and it's like taking a perfect nap. The staffs and doctor Tahir did an excellent job.

I cancelled all of my appointments with Dr Yahaira Sanchez, due to be being very unprofessional and seems very unknowledgeable. She kept having me me go back and forth, driving 1 HR just to tell me my results had not arrived and would just repeat them again and they still wouldn’t arrive. Instead of calling the lab like they were supposed to. Don’t lose your time with this doctor.

Had an apt. @3: 15 had to wait for nearly an hour

Two weeks before I go a call back about a prescription. They don't answer the phone, or they take your information, and never get back to you. I like they don't care.

Got yelled at because I missed one appointment. I called to reschedule it, but got yelled at by the receptionist because of me missing ONE appointment, saying that they’re not going to reschedule me an another appointment and she proceeded to hang up. I also sat there for six hours, waiting to do my surgery for my colonoscopy but when I told receptionist about it, she sat there and called me a liar
