Wow! What an incredible experience buying our first home has been! We were directed to Kathy and Gia by our mortgage specialist and we’re so glad we were! At a time when the market has been so volatile, we felt totally comfortable in Kathy’s capable hands. After a great initial consultation in which she not only got to know us as buyers, but as people, the hunt was on! We had some dealbreakers that really narrowed the hunt down for us, and Kathy found us some great places. After putting in only two offers on the same day, the home that felt right countered and we were in! Our time frame from meeting Kathy to opening escrow was less than 3 weeks! Escrow flowed like a gentle river. I have known Gia for many years, and she has performed multiple real estate transactions for me. While any competent realtor can help a buyer buy or sell a home, Gia has excelled for me in situations where things got tough. About 5 years ago she helped us get top dollar for our house when the market was soft, and even helped steady the transaction when the buyers threatened to back out or sue us. Vy kept the numbers realistic and would always do her best to gather information to help prepare our plan of action, or to make sure we weren’t wasting our time. She worked closely and well with our lending agent, whom she had never worked with before, to figure out different incentives to make our offers seem more appealing to the seller. In this market, you definitely need someone in touch with the trends, like Vy, to keep you ahead of the game as much as possible.

Finally, we went into escrow, and again it paid off for us to have someone as knowledgeable as Vy to get through the process smoothly and quickly. She provided us with clear instructions on how to proceed along with explanations. She dealt with all the negotiations on our behalf, which is something we were definitely intimidated by. The only thing we had to do was let Vy know what our expectations and limits were and she took it from there. We even closed a week earlier than expected thanks to all of Vy’s efforts in getting all parties engaged.
