Not very impressed with my visit! Have a few appointments with Dr. Gill so far and every time, he spent less than 5 minutes to talk to me and listen to my concerns!

Dr. Bisla misguided me at every step. Be it diagnosis, lab tests or billing. During my annual physical, she wrote blood tests for me which I didn’t ask for. She assured me that she’s confirmed the tests will be covered by my insurance. I ended up paying $500 for those tests. She also billed me $125 for a 10 minute teleconsultation for which she was late by 20 minutes. She prescribed me over the counter Vitamin D pills during this teleconsultation. That should reflect on her and her office's work ethic. She was apathetic about both these situations. Her office follows in her footsteps by bring rude and unconcerned. Terrible experience, do not recommend.

Avoid at all costs. I was a new patient here going for my first annual physical. My physical lasted a total of 3 minutes with Dr. Bisla. She didn’t bother to get to know me at all and as a patient I want to be able to trust my doctor. She was very short when talking to me. I have been waiting for a referral for the cardiologist for over a month now, and this office still has not sent that over. Every time I call the front desk here the girls are so very rude. They don’t even say “bye have a great day” when hanging up the phone, which just goes to show the lack of care from this office. I will 100% be switching my primary care physician and will never step foot in this office again. Do not go here

My wife and I have been treated by the Gill & Bisla team since 2010. Very thorough doctors. And Dr. Gill stays up-to-date, always. His treatment and referrals are spot-on and efficient, and his office staff, including Maria, Taylor and Samantha, are exceptionally helpful.

Dr Bisla it' a very kind Doctor and very patient. Her staff is efficient and gest me in at a moments notice. My only dislike is she runs very behind schedule

I have been seeing Dr. Bisla for 11yrs. During her absence, Dr. Gill provided me with care that ultimately discovered a tumor. Their due diligence, patience in answering questions and caring nature with excellent referrals are all that is needed to feel confident that my health is their priority.

Dr Bisla is my sisters doctor. I went in her office to speak to speak to Dr Bisla on my sisters behalf, which was with my sisters permission. My sister was in the room when Dr Bisla came in. Dr Bisla would not let me tell her what my sister was doing with her meds, like stoping and starting them with out the Drs permissiom. My sister just lost her husband of 64 years and on top of that had a urinary tract infection! She didn’t know whether she was coming or going. Well Dr Bisla was very rude to me and wouldn’t let me tell her about my sisters problems. She left the room, came back and said she wanted to see my sister in two weeks ALONE, she stressed the ALONE part! What professional dr would do that! I would like my sister to change doctors, but, she refused to do so! I have other issues with her, but won’t go into them now. She needs to be reported to the medical board!
