It’s hard to pick a starting point to present my opinion of Gina.

I have about 20 years experience in Real Estate Development in Pleasanton. That journey included a 9-Lot subdivision with one custom home on Vineyard Avenue between “Town” and Ruby Hill about 15 years ago. Followed by 2 separate 2-Lot projects with the homes selling in the $3+ million to the $4+ million range. That was followed by the sale of a secondary residence and my residence.

With 15 years experience selling homes in Pleasanton, I found Gina Piper to be a Big Breath of Fresh Air. My prior Brokers “seemed” to be Major League Players and they ran Fancy Ads. The Fancy ended with the Ads. Once I signed them up, there was no more Fancy to be seen. One spent a lot of time at his favorite bar and the second was often offline on personal activities.

Then I started working with Gina.
