When things go right they are very responsive, when things go wrong, they won't take any responsibility. They reviewed my application said it was good to go, it was not, the check was the wrong amount and there is improper information on the application that I later found myself.

I called several times to talk to the agent about details of my visa and to get a progress report. I never received a return call.

The person responsible for my account, did not return my calls. I got conflicting replies to my inquiries from different people. He lacks judgment and caused me serious grief.

Love this place. The girls had a fantastic experience. Glad they fixed the bridge going in.
