Giuseppe’s Express, Pismo Beach CA

Long wait, but I think they were short staffed. Pizza was not very evenly distributed. (Pineapple & ham)
Was not really impressed with the taste. They did serve a good portion and great service.

What a great Italian food selection, great crew, and reasonable prices. Great bread, salads to go, and toppings of exceptional style and taste.

I live in Pismo. This place is as delicious as it is cute. A great little lunch stop if you’re in a rush or not! Authentic Italian sandwiches and they also sell homemade gelato in the freezer you can take home with you. The pizza crust is so light and crispy I don’t know how they do it. They have a small shop inside as well where you can buy homemade pastas to make at home along with sauces and seasonings.

Small intimate number of seating inside or outside. They sell alcohol you can enjoy there too.

We love this place! It’s the best pizza on the central coast! Everything is always so fresh and delicious! We either buy a couple of ready made slices and grab a salad or order a pizza. The staff is great and it’s quick. Thanks, Guiseppe’s:)

Was here for a to go order as were traveling. Be sure you check your to go order that it is all in the bag and grab utensils. I got an Italian sub, salad, and piece of meyer lemon cheesecake. EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS. They have some items for sale to make your own Italian meal at home. If I lived near Gjuseppe's you can bet I'd be back for food and to get supplies for home made dinner. I will attach some pics.
Don't miss this spot. The sub was soooo fantastic and I honestly wished I had gotten one to eat later. Also they offer GELATO and some unique sodas etc.

Yummy little corner to grab great food and autgentic Italian spices to go! Best for take out since there's only a couple small tables.

The BEST OF THE BEST SIR! The calzone style pizzas were so so so so good I almost asked to be adopted by them. The Milky Way pie dessert was mmm good isn't doing Giuseppe's any justice ️ Eat there, then you'll be feeling every taste bud explode!

Excellent service quality ingredients best place in Pismo to eat- get the pizzas whole- amazing and delicious served right out of brick oven - eat it there and get the gelato as well. People complaining of price don’t realize how expensive retail space is in california especially pismo- the prices are fair for what you get and below a lot of other restaurants in area

Great pizza and decent cannolis, but very expensive. I ordered a Neopolitan-style thin crust margarita pizza and a regular pizza with sausage, both of which were delicious. I was also excited to find out that they offer Italian beef, meatball, and chicken parm sandwiches-can't wait to try them all!

Great Italian food. You might think it’s just a deli or takeout joint, but you would be wrong! This is restaurant quality food and it’s quick. They have an excellent beer selection.

There are a handful of tables, with some outdoor. Get the lasagna and you’ll thank me!

Love this place. The margarita pizza is dang good. Real cheese and toppings. This is my go to place for pizza.

Tasty pizzas, even gluten-free options. Could use a bit more marinara, but overall yummy. Lovely, attentive staff. We'll be back.

It was everything I hoped it would be. We ordered cold Italian sandwiches for our beach afternoon as well as thin crust pizza that was phenomenal. A piece of carrot cake to go topped off our order. Delicious fresh ingredients, I look forward to dining in the restaurant as well as some tasty Gelato next time around.

Hmmm…how do I rate this? My Eggplant Parmesan sandwich was fantastic. But hubby was very disappointed with his Italian sub sandwich. It does seem to look a bit dry. Took home half of the left over sandwiches for later, so maybe he can spruce it up! We also ordered a slice of pizza to share. It was very good! The service and staff was wonderful. Great looking desserts displayed which we were eyeing, the carrot cake and cheesecake. Didn’t get. But couple sat down next to us who ordered the exact same desserts we were googling over. They said it was “absolutely divine”.

Little Italy, Pismo version…

Stopped in what seemed to be an Italian market at first take. Upon further exploration we walked into what was a little Italian gem in Pismo beach. Fair price points, wine, beer, and the classic Italian dishes all in place. Not to mention some solid music to set the vibe. Giuseppe’s was solid. The bread (added bonus with each dish) was a bit stale but the lasagna was straight out of the oven. The homemade taste and option to buy some quality Italian pastas and oils to make at home puts Giuseppe’s express on the map as a necessary stop on your beach endeavor’s. Oh and the gelato melts in your mouth and will leave you more than satisfied with every dollar you spend at this little slice of Italy

Stopped in for Gelato and the smells took me back to my childhood. Just like the Italian market my parents took me to. You can find some unique items on sale as well.
