GK Mongolian BBQ, Roseville CA

I had an order delivered and it was wrong. More to that, this incorrect order had an item that I am allergic to. If I hadn't looked closer and eaten any of it, this could have been really bad.

I’ve eaten here on many occasions with friends and about a year ago the service and food was great with no complaints. Now, the service is mediocre and they pay little attention to costumers. Hopefully the staff can take the initiative and step it up.

Awesome service, great selection, and needless to say I was a happy lady when left Basically threw a bunch of random stuff in a bowl and though I don’t ever follow an actual recipe, it was still so dang amazing.

This is my favorite MB to go to. They don’t water the sauces down and i have never left disappointed until a couple days ago. The young guy was horrible. Like he was half awake. We filled our bowls and stood there waiting for someone to cook the food. Then I went to sit but I was unsure what table was ours. I finally got his attention and he just pointed. We never got the wontons and such that you get as a side. When paying, I asked the girl and she said we were supposed to. I felt like everyone was too busy chatting then working. You had 3 guys hanging over the buffet just talking instead of getting things done. The awe actions are a great way to lose customers.

Worst experience ever.the servers were really mean, and they were showing us attitude for no reason I will never take my family there nor ever recommend anyone to go there.

Always good just moved here and this is one my favorites on the rotation. You can't mess it up prices are reasonable and its all you can eat.

Very well priced. When I came in, it was indeed clean inside. For lunch, it is a 1 bowl only but it seems like the bowl was nice and deep. It fit more food than other locations I’ve tried.

The flavors are all there. However, the cook at the time really put extra water and didn’t let it render all the way out. So at the bottom of the bowl I had a lot of water/juice instead of just the flavors I added in. He offered some garlic powder before cooking which was a nice touch too.

I would come back again. It was clean, service was friendly, and give you rice and a fried wonton as part of the dine in service. I did see that they had a lot of to go orders called in so I believe less people for dine in and more to-go.

Overall meals are delicious.but every time I door dash it's a hit or miss. Tonight we ordered pork pot stickers and we received crab and cheese rangoons. My daughter is allergic to sea food so one bite and we new! I alerted door dash and received a $5 credit. Not worth it. Only will go in person!

GK BBQ…. Never going Back there the staff was really rude and there were flies flying all over and I will never ever recommend anyone to go there yuck

Came in as a first timer place was kinda out of order and hectic. Workers were having fun with each other rather than looking out for my food. Food wise it was pretty good just wish their chili oil was spicier

Unfriendly staff. Very unorganized. Food is ok at best. No longer offering outside dining even though they have tables, and chairs. Do yourself a favor, head next door to Taqueria El Burrito. You won't be let down!

Staff told me and my friend that the bowls were $16 but the menu says $13.99 so we were ripped off. The waitresses had bad attitude. Worst experience I ever had. Don't go to GK!

I was out doordashing and the lady who is bagging the orders for the doordash/online orders is rude as hell. I do not like her energy she needs to be addressed. Let me add, she was on her phone.

The Mongolian BBQ was good but the rice that came with it was almost inedible and the staff was SOOOO RUDE. I cannot stress enough how annoyed the two servers were to have to talk to us for even a moment. It was like we had invaded their conversation time. Will probably only go back for takeout, they made the whole experience of being there incredibly off putting.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Mongolian BBQ that I have ever had. The pork was super fatty. It was soba noodles only for a noodle selection. And when I gave my bowl to the cook, he dumped enough water on it that it rinsed out everything that I put on it and totally diluted it.

It's delicious and staff are attentive. They don't clean up often enough though. People make messes on the line and on the floor. It's downright dangerous! The food on the floor should be swept up promptly. And the line should be wiped down often. All that sauce is nasty just laying there. Besides that, it's great!

Food is good but the employees don't offer any sort of service not one time did I get offered a refill on my soda I sat there for a half hour waiting on my check didn't get checked on a single time

It was so-so not the freshest food, of course, and the tables were a little dirty. (As were the dishes.)

Ended up moving our table outside due to an obnoxious group that was drinking.

We won't go again, but to each their own.

Hidden gem for late night food with a good deal and not too many people. Great customer service & the food was tasty! I plan to go back again.

I did notice the spills/foods on the floor. If they can stay consistent with keeping the area clean it would be great. I almost slid on meat & sauce on the floor.

Mixed about a third of my bowl of ingredients with someone else’s bowl while they were cooking it on the grill.

What’s the point of choosing your ingredients if it’s gonna get mixed up anyways?

Also the rice is terrible, as it was mostly crunchy and not soft.
