3I lived in here since 2022 fall, and I have to say this is the BEST APARTMENT IN Davis！Room is big, price is reasonable, and environment is quiet. The office always deal with issue quickly and efficiently, they even send email to the resident for following up. Highly recommend!
I’ve been living here for six months now and I’ve had a wonderful experience. The application process was super easy and the leasing department was very responsive and helpful. Move-in was a breeze. I’ve had a few minor maintenance requests that they have promptly resolved. The complex itself is really nice and the units are up to date. It’s also very quiet. My last place was downtown which had its pros but it was also very loud. If you’re looking for something nice and quiet— this is the best complex for that.
Moved in to the complex in 2020 and have never had any issues. We live on the 2nd floor in a 2 bedroom which had just gotten refurbished.
The maintenance, including Jerry and Paul, have been awesome and quick to respond to even requests that are insignificant. They replaced our water heater, fixed a light, helped with the doorframe, and a broken toilet handle to name a few. It's been a great couple of years a the complex.
Parking hasn't been an issue for me and there's normally a number of spots to choose from.
They updated the pool recently as well and have a number of small events for the community members throughout the year. It goes to show the amount of care that goes into their management.
