Needed my information down immediately due to a sexual assault case I had to file. I feared the predator could easily access my address and personal information after he knew the full name of the person pressing charges. I reached out to customer service to help me get my address and personal information down urgently, explaining my situation - but no response. I followed up a week later asking to please get my information down before he could find me and my family. NO RESPONSE! It's been well over 2 weeks!

Here I am, fearing for my safety as well as my small children's (they had a part in the case) because it's the only search site that hasn't gotten my information down or even had the decency or respect to respond! All the predator has to do is Google my name and city, and my street name popped up on "Glad I Know" (my street is only a couple blocks long).

Absolutely horrendous and appalling customer service. This is clearly not a safe nor reputable site to use if they don't value protecting (or even helping or communicating with) the people they are exposing.

A total scam! Tried calling and emailing them, no one is responding! ALL OF YOUR REVIEWS ARE 1 STAR! THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED!

I have been trying to cancel my account and I have not been able to reach anyone to take care of it. Horrible company do not do business with them!

Thieves! I have called and left numerous messages and sent emails with no response! I have actively tried to cancel my account before I got charged but could not get help! They are crooks, DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I created an account thinking I needed to do this to opt my information out. I never paid for a subscription, but just want to delete my log in information. I've reached out to customer service 3 times now asking how to do this. 1st person said I was a bot. The other 2 sent me directions on how to cancel my paid subscription when I clearly stated I do not have a paid subscription and just want to delete my login information. I replied to all 3 representatives repeating my question and they all ignored me. Are you not able to delete a created account WITHOUT a subscription? Horrible navigation of this site with limited support. I also think it's awful banking money for people's information.

The only reason it has one star is because a "Scam" option isn't available. I went on a few weeks because of a charge made to my card. I saw many people who had the same problem.

Someone who claimed to be a representative of this company posted saying "these scam claims are not true", and then went on to talk about others who had a good experience.

But I'm telling you all - it IS a scam. The other scam victims are being honest. I suggest not only refraining from this but, but also reporting it in an attempt to bring criminal charges against it.

This website provides legitimate information but the customer service is deplorable. It was difficult to cancel the subscription a written email was not enough for them so they continue to take your money and refuse to refund anything. I used it one time and they charged me triple. Please do not use this site, there are much better ones out there that are legitimate and have good customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous. It is a Scammer. They put me in their subscription and charged 30 dollars for months till I paid attention.

Signed me up without my knowledge. Trying to cancel the subscription is a huge frustration! You can’t talk to a real person just keep getting emails with discount offers to continue the service. I may have to cancel my card and get a lawyer to stop these charges! This company doesn’t deserve any star.

Pretty kool site someone dropped there debit card in my yard and I found there address to bring it back to them

This thing operating this business needs to be sued. It has refused to remove my personal information from its pathetic website. It keeps sending opt out information.

Didn’t authorize charge and telling me I have to cancel my card in order to get my money back. Ridiculous! And can’t talk to anyone about it only email that’s absurd in this day and age!

Find your profile and scroll down to OPT OUT - every time you move your identity becomes part of public record based on updating your new address. You have to opt out on all of these sites. Time consuming yes but peace of mind from having
stolen is worth it
