Have been coming here for years! I love coming here when I get my hands and feet done I always feel welcomed and they always do a great job I always get compliments on my nails.all the ladies and guys are always nice. Definitely recommend

Chi does the best nails at Valley Plaza location. I just recommend you ask for the price of what you want done, if not, they will hike up their prices.

DON'T COME HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. I came in to get a pedicure and less than a week later my toenail turned green! My toenails have NEVER turned green in my life. Now my toenail will probably fall off. I asked the lady who was doing my nails if she was using clean tools and she brushed me off and said yes but clearly she lied! This place is disgusting and I would never recommend this place to NO ONE!

I don’t really write review but this is an experience to be warned about due to bare minimum job.

You have to tell them to do their job properly. I asked this nail guy to fix it where it looks more of a presentable shape instead of my nail looking like the shape of the nail cutter. Maybe it was a language barrier but I kept telling him he needs to shape it better and he was saying something about maybe it’s my eyes. Insult to injury with an already poor job. He is fast yes, that is all i can say. If you want your nails done, it will done but is it done correctly? It is Uncertain. Usually I tip but this time I didn’t think the job was worth it.

Don’t waste your time for your hard earned money.

In the window they make propaganda that they charge $25. Then when you sit down and they offer you another deal for $40. So I told them I wanted just the normal pedicure and they said $30. That means they are giving false advertisement. They took less than 7 minutes to paint my nails. When I looked at the final result my nails looked all sloppy and half painted. I asked her and she looked mad while she was repainting them. First they rip you off $5 dollars they do a half job and they still want tip. Do better.

I love this place Henry and Andy do my nails. Everyone here are always sweet and I've never had any problems with my nails. My nails always come out great.

I came into the salon hoping to get a good pedicure the technician looked as though she didn't want to do my feet and became upset when I told her I did not want gel or callus remover. When I spoke to her about my feet she acted as though she couldn't hear. I immediately let her know if she did not want to do my feet I could go somewhere else they switched me to a new technician that treated me with kindness.

I was visiting my sister in Bakersfield Cracked my nail on my index finger before I left for the airport in Dallas that morning needed a nail repair my Sis took me "Glamor Nails" the nail tech was so graciously warm & welcoming did a fantastic repair free of charge she informed me she didn't have my color but did a great job without having to remove mine lasted another week until my return home to my salon. I apologize for not remembering her name but maybe she'll remember if she reads this review. I appreciate you

Came in at 730 pm they had me seated and nails done quickly I was gone by 8pm I left very satisfied and thankful

I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before going there. This whole visit was unplanned. I broke one of my nails unbuckling my son from his car seat and decided to go get my nails done after shopping. It was bad right from the start. I asked to have my acrylic nails removed to get a new set. The guy cut my nails and then proceeded to peel the acrylic nails off. I’ve had acrylics removed before and this was not the process. It was so painful! I asked him if he could soak my nails instead. So he had me soaking my nails for what seemed like forever. Then he took another client and never came back to check on me. I could go on but I don’t think I have the time and space. Just know I will not be going back and I hope you don’t give this place a chance. I left in tears. That’s how bad it was.

I was very disappointed with the service @ this nail salon. I picked one of their high end pedicure services & felt like they rushed on the entire pedicure. My favorite part of getting a pedi is getting my feet massaged & I got a terrible short massage. Was not impressed @ all with the service. To add more to disappointment, when I was going to pay for the services, I was told they do not accept credit cards as form of payment. They directed me to an ATM machine they have there. I refused to withdraw cash because it was not my banks ATM & was not going to pay the extra fees to do the withdrawal. I requested to Zelle someone that works there the cash. That seemed to bother them because they started talking in their language obviously upset. I was somewhat annoyed for the fact that if that’s their protocol they should advice you before rendering services. I do not recommend this salon nor will I be coming back!

Omg if you don't come here for all you nail needs you are at the wrong place. Been going here for 4 yrs. Stop in an see chee an challenge her for your girls nails.
