Glass Creek Campground reviews
12 Such a beautiful and FREE campground, the best we’ve seen so far. The surrounding nature is just amazing and so peaceful. This is the best place to stay when visiting Yosemite the next day. Also the restrooms (pit toilets) are very very clean and even cleaner then most of the restrooms I’ve seen in campgrounds that cost.
Camping spots are HUGE!
Just spent 7 day at Glass Creek campground and had a fabulous time in our RV. Even with out water or trash the restrooms and camp sites our extremely clean thanks to the wonderful camp host I would recommend this camping experience can’t wait to go back.
Good simple campground in the trees, no water or flush toilets. Great place for sidexsides
The best campground so far, toilet, and the surrounding are super clean. Awsome area, can't hear generator running. ATT signals are good with connection. Remote control your work while camping is what I like. Best off all it is free and you could donate all you want.
Most definitely bathrooms are clean and if you can't get along with John you must have something wrong with you.
Great camp host on both sides of the glass.
Great campground, Host john thinks he owns the place, stayed 2 weeks right before it closed the 31st of Aug, Great location between Mammoth and June lake, Big groups need to realize there not the only ones there, and shut off your generator at 10, not let it run all nite, and off roader's slow the hell down in campground
Super nice and neat free campground (maintenance rely on donations), most campers there are RVS (no any hook up though), very site is flat and roomy, and even a polite and friendly host there to maintain this campground and keep it safe in neat. Best campground I ever been!
Nice place but camp host gave us a hard time. Won't come back as long as he is there. Retired policeman that thinks he is still in the force
Too crowded. We were here last year and, since we're still unfamiliar with the area, we thought we'd use this campground again. It was crowded and very noisey then and it was super crowded last night. We didn't stay and marked Glass Creek off our favorite list.
Highly recommend the camp ground! Great time while we were here. Kid friendly and the bathrooms are clean. The sites are super spacious.
The campsites were simple yet lovely. The hosts were all so sweet and easy to talk to. I now have a go-to camping spot. I would recommend this place to everyone that hasn't gone yet. It's absolutely stunning.
Easy, self-service campsite. We were located at the very end where it said campground limits, and were unable to find the restrooms (maybe because of out location). Other than that, large campsites, easy access to mono lake and mammoth. Fun stay:)
