Glass Slipper Inn reviews
18Review from 2010: I was a little worried after seeing the other reviews, but when I arrived in my room I was pleasantly surprised. The manager was kind, the room was plain and clean, and they have wireless internet (though unsecured) and cable TV.
ASK for Mr. Lee! Awesome customer service! Room service is great! Rooms are spacious! Grateful for everyone here during our stay! GOD BLESS YOU ALL! GOD BLESS US ALL!
I have stayed there on three occasions and have always been pleased. Rooms are clean and I usually check in around 11 PM-12PM and they have never complained about my late arrival. Will continue to stay there.
Looks weird from the outside, but inside you got some Hilton status rooms. Not bad.
Hot water.
The rooms were on par with any of the luxury rooms in Las Vegas. The staff is phenomenal. I definitely recommend that you stay here.
I was a bit sketched out by the earlier reviews when booking but really needed a place cheaply so went for this for one night. The building on the outside looks questionable so I was alarmed at first but inside the units were very nice! Has an AC, fridge, microwave, and nice balcony. Obviously it’s a discount accommodation and relative to the price point I thought it was good. No concerns regarding cleanliness of the room or it missing something essential. I would say if you’re concerned about booking this place from earlier reviews like I was don’t be. My only complaint is the wifi was quite slow so wouldn’t be good if you really need to get work done.
Value for money stay in one of the best locations in the bay area for solo and family travelers. Spacious rooms. Proactive, responsive and friendly hotel management. I will recommend all.
Not What you expect when you first get here but looks clean.
Wife found old food in the mini and I was a bit on the concern side.
I noticed the door jams loose so cold air gets in easier and minor stuff like that but overall it is decently kept.
Had a comfortable stay. Thanks for being flexible with my super late check in and check out!
Probably the worst experience I had, I have to cancel my stay and move to other hotels because I got multiple insect bites in my back and shoulders and arms. I felt so irritated.
Nice enough for what you pay for. Feels like it was converted from condos so rooms are big but oddly arranged.
Room was clean and neat great mattress lighting and ventilation in bathroom waa abnoxious. Need better lights and privacy glass on the bathroom window. Half of the hotel is permanent residents and most of them smoke
We had been in touch with Lee for at least a month in order to book a bigger room. He remembered us and made sure that we had everything and didn’t hesitate to bring us what we needed late at night. In addition to the great service, the room was nice, clean, and big. The price was really great, too. Definitely made our trip way better! Thank you, Lee!
Pleasant visit in my travels. Lee the most gracious and accommodating host. A repeat customer my dear client who stays when he needs to see docs at Vet hospital has been here many times due to Lee. Will definitely come back next time I am in town.
Clean rooms and bathrooms. Refrigerator and microwave.
This place is a gem! Very affordable, quiet, clean, and spacious rooms. They have a comfy king bed, small fridge, microwave, and large television. There's even a small sink and countertop space you can make into a little kitchen area if you have small kitchen appliances. I really loved that the heat and a/c unit has a remote control. Lee is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. This is my go to place when I'm in the area. The only small downside is you have to climb 1 or 2 flights of stairs. Other than that, you can't go wrong staying here!
We give it 2 stars because Lee had exceptional customer services. However, we were never told there was a limit on how many days you could stay even after informing him that i am in the middle of going into the Air Force. Not only that, there were guest that had been staying long than us. There were there when we arrived & were still there after we left. We also had a few roaches in our room. We believe this place is a front for something illegal. My wife & I were the only legit customers out of the 9-15 guest that were there. We believe drugs, every night around 1-2 morning there was a converstion about how a person better come up with his money. Other nights converstions about deals.
Very nice place for the price! It seems, to me, like a 3+ star hotel. If it had a kitchen. It would be a 6 star! That's the only thing that it's missing! The kitchen! And for the price! WAW!
