Michelle has assisted us for the past couple months. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has gone above to assist us whenever we have questions. We look forward to seeing her at each visit. She is an amazing health care worker to Glendale Eye practice! Please thank her for us!

It took days for the Doctors Office call my pharmacist for a refill. Multiple requests were placed.
Very poor customer service

The clinic does an exceptional job. The staff is super friendly and have knowledge. The eye doctors are just great.

My experience at Glendale Eye was a great one, especially with the help of Janet. She was so kind and helpful in helping me find the right frames which can be difficult at times. She was very patient and professional right from the beginning until the moment I left. I will definitely be recommending Glendale eye to my family and friends.

Everyone is wonderful; however, Janet always treats us like royalty, she is a beautiful human being.

Its the worst medical group in the united state spicily the nurse lorena who think she's doctor with attitude problem after waiting 1hr after my appointment when i compline she told me if you compline im not gone help you or if you dont like just walk out dont wait i hope everybody see this review and stop going in this office they just know how charge the money thats all

Outstanding doctor and all around service! Dr. Drexl was so kind and attentive. I've never experienced better service from a doctor in a very long time, so thank you. The front desk, nurses, women at the frame display were all very nice to me as well. I was really pleased to see everyone wearing masks and social distancing inside. All around this is a five star place to go to if you need an eye exam. They take medi-cal too which is nice Thank you and I look forward to seeing you in a year from now

Doctors who don’t know nothing and only take your money. I don’t know what’s wrong with you eyes it’s not my competition probably u need take appointment with our another doctor.

Went in for an eye exam - everyone was very nice and the process was smooth and efficient.

Excellent, A Plus care and very thorough examination and services all from doctors (Doctor Richard Weise that I have seen for couple of years and Doctor Michael Javaheri that I have seen recently) receptionist, techs/nurses and billings department (i.e, all staff). Overall, I have nothing but, good to say about the Dr. Weise, Dr. Javaheri and supporting team.

I commend the professionalism of Dr. Recasens and other staffs. They were all very good in conducting their duties and their courtesy.

They over book appointments for exams & surgeries, having you wait for hours in Glendale & Arcadia office. I'm done taking my mom there, I'll be looking for a office with better service & communication skills.
