5Friendly staff but they are very picky with auto loans, prepare to have 50% of your income freed up and a huge down payment. Logix or any regular bank are better options
Never going to find a credit union as unique and friendly as this one and the best part is the credit union offers different types of checking accounts which offers cash back incentives.
I regret opening account at this bank. They have the worst customer service their online system does not even work properly. They have ridiculous fees unheart of. Anytime you pull out money they charge you $3 anytime you do any kind of transaction there is always a few related. The tellers including the management in their whole bank have no customer service skills whatsoever. They are beyond rude they ignore clients standing in line they ignore clients when they have important questions and management can't even answer questions properly backing up their tellers for prompting the wrong answers.
When we open the account they gave us 2 debit cards one of them not active secondly they never told us about any reaccuring fees that comes with this account they said everything was free when it was. The GFCU is without a doubt the finest Bank/Credit Union I have ever been a part of. The staff is personal, always remember your name, and will do anything to help their members. You feel you are part of a family and in truth they become part of yours as well. You will not find a better institution to trust you financial needs with.
