Very disappointed at this place, very unfortunate business.just to look at a single pair of frames you have to book an appointment. Wouldn't even let us go inside. Not recommended at all.

I came today to get my glasses fix, and the blond lady was really rude, she barely want it to help me, the place seems like it's closed, but isn't, I only experience bad manners, and bad service, I couldn't even had an unswer if they could possibly fix my glasses

Overall I’m very satisfied with my care here. The facility is immaculately clean and pretty organized. I absolutely adore doctor Peng, she is thorough and attentive to the compete care of your eyes. Paired with her wonderful bedside manner she’s a 10/10. Christy is also very pleasant to work with and is very sweet. In honesty I’ve had some weird interactions with some of the other folks that work here but Dr. Peng and the cleanliness really make it all worthwhile. Definitely recommend Glendale Opto!

I would leave a 10 star review if I could. Doctor was phenomenal and the staff was super helpful and understanding. Best optometry office I've ever been to (had glasses since the 4th grade) so do yourself a favor and go here!

I will not purchase my eyeglasses anywhere else. They repaired my eyeglasses in 5 minutes, AT NO CHARGE, even though I had not purchased my eyeglasses there, and I did not have an appointment which is required now due to Covid. Contrast this with the place that originally sold me the glasses; they said it was out of warranty, so they had to charge me, and it had to be sent to the lab for a simple repair, which would have left me without my primary glasses for days.

UPDATE: Stacey, the owner followed up with me twice. She offered an apology and a refund for the eye scan. Glad she takes these reviews seriously. While I’m not sure I’d go back, I would hope they can avoid these issues going forward.

I've got a few things to say here:
1) I really liked my optometrist: Dr. Kellie Kanamoto. I would go back to her again. Great consultation, very nice and friendly. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed. She gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, this establishment does not.

2) When I was first called in to get an eye exam before seeing my doctor, they never told me that I'd be charged for the 3D photo of my eye. Which was a shock to me when it was added to my bill and my insurance did NOT cover it. It was also weird that my optometrist even said something like, "thanks for letting us take that photo of your eyes" which implied they had asked for consent and told me I could be charged.

3) When I picked up my glasses (Today 1/4/2021), I called in advance to ask how I could do this. They said, just call when you get there and they will take it to your car. I did that. And then proceeded to wait nearly 30 minutes because they forgot. This resulted in me being late for a meeting. When I asked what happened, they couldn't even just admit that they forgot. Instead, both times I called they kept on giving me BS like, "Let me see what happened" or "I just got back from my lunch" and "I'm not sure what happened". Just f-ing tell me you forgot.

It was quick and easy to get an appointment. The staff was helpful and courteous. I've seen many, many optometrists in the past 10-15 years and Dr. Peng and Glendale Optometric Center is my favorite.

Kellie was absolutely amazing and Liz was just as awesome. Thank you to the both of them for such great service! I will definitely return and tell all my friends about the great service and experience I had here!

Every time I go in, I’m greeted with the utmost hospitality! I’ve been a client of theirs since I was 9 and ever since then I enjoy going in to get my eyes checked.

I always enjoy seeing and talking with Dr. Gin - SHE's AWESOME (Knowledgable - Sincere - Warm at heart - Thoughtful - and a friend, not just my eye doctor). Dr. Gin shares her professional evaluation in a clear easily understandable way. As I said, Dr. Gin is AWESOME!

I had a very good experience nice customer service, clear pricing and they sat down with me and explained what my coverage included and offered me options in order to pay less. Very good range of frames.
