If you're a bit of a primadonna and are looking to be pampered during your shopping experience, this isn't the place for you. That explains a less than 5 star review from the folks we are no longer permitted to describe because of political correctness clutching their pearls and expecting an employee to come bow to you simply because you blessed the store with your presence. If you want great advice and the best price in town, including meeting or beating internet prices, you just found you're dream pool supply store. There's a reason why you see pool maintenance people in there every time you walk in. It's because of the knowledge, selection of parts and supplies on hand, in the store and best of all, the price.

A bit of communication issues, but once we explained and a bit of patience. They were very helpful and we were able to purchase everything we needed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are super stocked up on items and even have items that no other stores have even online stores. There have been a couple of instances where I couldn’t find my needed item at other stores and online and these guys had it. Always answer my calls when I have questions to ask and give me the best advice. Oh yeah most importantly they don’t try to up sale you or give you useless products like leslies does.

Very good and professional service. Pool supplies are very good quality and the pricing is very good.

Its is great to have such store near by with all the needs to maintain sparkling pool and be suggested insight for proper tools and needs. Thank you very much.

Very professional workers and nice and clean store. Vic always helps me out with all of my needs and knows what parts to give me. My vacuum wasn’t working well so instead of trying to sell me a brand new one, he offered to fix it by disassembling and changing the none working parts and they don’t even charge for LABOR! Only parts. Great experience and I mean it when I say I will always come here and no place else.

I walked into the store, no staff in sight, so I roam around looking at pool pump, that’s my purpose there. When staff finally appeared, they stood there without saying anything. So I asked them what brands they carry and if they have more displays to look at. One staff walked away, and one stay and answered with “no that’s it, other ones all in boxes”.
I explained to him what I was looking for and if they have any pumps that is fitting to a 2” pipes or little more than 2”, he said nope that’s all they have. So I asked for prices. He answered me as I pointed to the pump. He had this very serious and straight looking face, he did not want to offer help, or he must be thinking what is this woman doing here look! I explained what type of pump I have currently and looking for a new one, hoping to get details and recommendations what to replace it with, but he offered no help, just stood behind the cashier, almost like saying inside his head.get out of here lady, you don’t belong here! So I finally walked out since I wasn’t getting any help. I wouldn’t recommend this place. But who knows maybe he is nicer to others, or maybe he didn’t know anything about pool pumps!?

Worst customer experience ever. Don't buy from them unless you like a hassle and wasting your time. TERRIBLE
