Went in for LASIK. Staff and doctor were friendly. Procedure was painless. They explained everything well. Recovery has been painless and easy.

Here’s my in depth review.

I’ve had to wear glasses since the age of 14, by the time I was 18 my vision was worse than 20/100. Skip forward 10 years, I took a 3 month trip to Cabo San Lucas & my boyfriend accidentally broke my glasses on the third week. When we got back I started looking around reading reviews on over 30 places for Lasik. I went in and got my eyes tested at 4 different places. The first one I felt comfortable with is this place, Global Lasik, not only did they get me in to check my eyes within 4 days, I told them I wanted a second opinion because no one else told me about my dry eye problem, so they scheduled me two days later to do another exam which pretty much got the same results. At this point after talking to each of the eye doctors I knew this is where I’d get the procedure done, if I did get it. I was still scared & kept putting it off even though I told my boyfriend this is the only one I felt comfortable at. Skip forward to two days after my birthday, my boyfriend told me he was taking me on a surprise & when we got there I found out he scheduled my lasik surgery! At this point it was now or never, I felt comfortable already so I went in, signed in, they brought me back to a room & said this is the waiting room & the doctor lady that knew that I was with my boyfriend each time I came into the office walked into the room & asked if I wanted my boyfriend with me, I said yes, of course & she went out to the front lobby & brought him back. Just a side note, these aren’t just employees, everyone from the front desk to the doctors 100% care about you & your wellbeing. Now it’s time for my procedure… the doctor comes into the waiting room & says it’s my turn and walks me to the surgery room. The doctor talks to you the whole time so you’re comfortable, you lay down, they position you so you’re comfortable & can’t move your head & then they begin the surgery. As they’re doing the procedure, the doctor talks you through what they’re doing the whole time including the part where everything is going to go black for a couple of seconds. Thinking back on it, this would have been scary if they didn’t walk me through everything. Next thing I knew everything was done from leaving the waiting room to returning to the waiting room, about 7 minutes. Follow up… the follow up care was remarkable! As they expected my eyes were dry and needed additional follow up care. I needed to put drops in my eyes about twice what was recommended to normal patients. This knowledge & care prevented me from having any negative effects or recovery. On top of that they added in punctual plugs which are plugs that prevent a lot of tear drainage. It has been one year since my surgery & I have went in for a few additional check ups more than more people & to this day I don’t regret doing the surgery, in fact I 100% recommend this! This is one of the only reviews I’ve done & that’s because I believe anyone with less than 20/20 vision should go to Global Lasik and get this procedure!

I had a wonderful experience at Global LASIK. That staff and doctors are all friendly and accommodating. After 20 years of wearing contacts and glasses, it was amazing to be able to wake up the next day and be able to SEE in less than 24hrs. I couldn’t recommend this place more. 10 out of 10.

Everything from consultation to surgery to aftercare was super convenient and smooth.i was very nervous before surgery but staff was super clear on instructions and made sure i was very comfortable every second. The staff are super professional and very knowledgeable on what they do. The surgery part was so much easier and faster than i have ever imagined. I really recommend this place.

I had mono lasik done. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The surgery itself was about 2-5min per eye. The docs made me feel comfortable during as well.my vision was great after my nap! I can’t wait to see the final progress of I am feeling this great already! Thank you so much!
