Been 6 months since my surgery and I have no regrets about getting LASIK done. The staff and doctors are all top notch and have always been so enthusiastic and flexible with working with you. Highly recommend doing a consultation, it’s free. So why not.

Such a lovely office and friendly staff! The technicians and doctor really took their time with me, answered my questions and were very accommodating and understanding. Some optometrist offices try to get you to spend as much money as possible, but not once did anyone at Global Vision do that. Easy to access with lots of parking. Overall, a terrific experience and I can’t wait to visit again!

Vanessa is the best! I am not an easy customer but she is always professional and upbeat! The office is very clean and organized with a good selection of frames. They are also not stingy with trying different contacts. (Some offices act like you’re taking lenses from their personal stash!) I felt like my exam, office cleanliness and overall experience were significantly better than the average optometrist that you will find anywhere!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor was wonderful. Their selection of frames was really good. This was my first visit but I will for sure keep them as my place to go for vision care. They made me feel important and were extremely thorough.

I highly recommend Global Vision. The office was extremely professional and efficient. The doctor spent lots of time with my eye exam and was very thorough. It was a pleasure.

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. I’ve struggled with chronic blepharitis for about 20 years. I spent 10+ years seeing different eye specialists and nothing they did ever helped. Finally my old eye Dr (from Chicago) prescribed antibiotic and steroid eye drops which made it completely go away with very rare flare ups, which I’d use the drops for a few days and it would be gone again. I explained all of this to Dr. Vong and she wouldn’t prescribe the eye drops because she said it’s not the treatment for it. Instead she tried to get me to buy products I’ve used over and over that never helped. So instead of giving me the treatment that actually works for me I’m still suffering with itchy painful swollen eyelids for months. It didn’t take me long to find peer reviewed articles talking about other treatments for stubborn blepharitis so maybe she needs to further educate herself.

They're more than willing to go the extra mile in a difficult prescription situation like mine.
Recently they recommended a cost effective way to construct new sunglasses at a reasonable cost, which I was not aware of as an option.

I called because my sunglasses I got from this business in June had wiggled loose. I was invited in the same day for a free adjustment. Now they fit perfectly. The staff member was friendly and polite. A wonderful experience.

It was my first time here and I can honestly say that I love Dr. Vong! She was so sweet and awesome and very informative with everything that was done. I feel super educated about my eye and I've never left the optometrist feeling that way. I had a stroke a few months ago and she was very attentive to that and gave suggestions on some beneficial testing.

The two girls at the front were super sweet and made my experience fun!
