This shipping company is the worst one I have ever had the displeasure of using if the reviews are any indication please DO NOT use this company to ship anything they are complete garbage

Idk if they have a bunch of thieves, lazy people, or both working there but jeez. No customer service. No attempt to deliver. They even lied and tried to tell me the shipper hadn’t given them my package which again was a blatant lie. But after that call, (a call I waited 40 minuets to finally have answered) my package mysteriously showed up in the system again. Even still, they’re not attempting to deliver it. This is lazy and theft. When will shipping companies be held responsible for her crimes and when will these dumb companies stop sabotaging their own business by using such horrible shipping companies? Idk about everyone else but when I order things, I don’t do it just to get a refund. I do it because I actually wanted to receive my order LOL

Omg where do I start, this is by far the worst shipping company ever. I was initially told that my package couldn’t be delivered. Which is insane, like all you have to do is leave the package at my front door. Anyways I called their customer service number and I waited for over an hour for no one to answer and have the phone hang up. So I tried their instant chat which didn’t work. I received a message stating that they didn’t have any reps available at that time and to try again later, which I did and still no one. I then email the company. I received an email the next day letting me know that they’d received my request to hold my pancake and that I’d be able to pick it up the next day. The following day I received a phone call from one of their reps stating that my package wouldn’t be available for pickup because it was placed back on the delivery. So I waited that whole day for a package that never showed up to my house. Later that afternoon I received another phone call from their rep stating the package would be available the next day for pickup. The next day I drove to the location they provided with and it was an abandoned warehouse. This company is a scam. I tried to track the package and now their website says that tracking number is invalid. Please avoid this company at cost.

This is the worse shipping company I have ever dealt with! My packages are delayed a week and a half every time they deliver to me or I have to go pick it up. Their phone system is always tied up. Their chat feature is always tied up. I order from the same company every other week and they use this terrible delivery service so now I have to drive 30 minutes out my way to pick up my packages every other week because I refuse to use this shipping company anymore!

Easily the worst package delivery service I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could award negative stars I would. Shockingly poor phone response (as in you are on hold for quite literally hours until you give up), terrible ‘chat’ service prompted as a faster alternative to phone but no one ever chats with you, awful tracking system, a non-existent Santa Clarita hub which I drove 90 mins each way to on their advice when I did finally get someone on the phone, only to discover it doesn’t exist at all. No notification of a failed delivery attempt and no update of where the package is in their system. Save yourself a ton of headaches and use a different service.

I was hospitalized at UCLA for 34 days, spent 10 days in ICU and I almost died.

My HMO set up food deliveries with a food company that uses GLS.

The first delivery was not delivered.

The 2nd and 3rd delivery were thrown on the front yard despite clear instructions to ring the door bell and leave a SMS text message notification of delivery. This never happened.

The food company called and spoke to the GLS manager about these issues.

The 4th delivery was dumped on the side of the house and no ringing of the doorbell and no SMS notification for delivery. Luckily, I saw the box with food which was still frozen. I live in Southern California where the heat is 100 degrees!

Today, the 5th delivery was not delivered despite waiting from 1pm to 8pm.

I tried calling GLS, waited over 2 hrs on the phone and can never get a hold of a live person.

I tried their online chat feature and after typing information in for delivery instructions, a message stated chat is not available. It never is.

So, they don't follow instructions by the food company, you can never get a hold of a live person and their chat feature does not work.

I managed to get a response from email but no ETA for food delivery.

I feel this company is useless, you cannot get a hold of anyone, the delivery driver dumps expensive food deliveries which last for a month in the front yard or side of the house or no food is ever delivered despite clear instructions to ring the doorbell and send an SMS message, which takes less than 30 seconds. Unbelievable!

I would not use this company!

Waited days for my package when I chose 1 day shipping. Everyday I would get in contact with them and they said they would have the driver contact me if they couldn’t find my address and nobody ever contacted me. At the end of each day it said couldn’t deliver because of a wrong area code, even though my address and area code were correct. Never heard of delivery company that can’t deliver, whoever hired the drivers for this company needs to be fired. Waited 40 minutes on hold each day just to get in contact with someone for them to tell me the same exact thing. Finally got tired of waiting so told them to hold my package back in Valencia so I had to drive from lancaster to Valencia to pick up my package because they couldn’t deliver it for me.

GLS is easily the worst shipping service I've ever had to use. We were stuck using them for work for dozens of shipments, and not one of them has been a pleasant experience. They will either not show up at all, show up late outside of your 4 hour window, or way too early. I try to be understanding as much as I can, but with dozens of bad experiences between multiple people in my office, there's a clear trend. I would recommend that no one use this company for shipments if it can be avoided.

I don’t know understand why businesses even use them for as a 3rd party shipper. No one answers the phone and they never seem to properly deliver. My package was undeliverable because of an incorrect zip code but the zip code on file is correct. I don’t understand how drivers here don’t know how to reach their map? I got no follow-up and will be calling the vendor next.

This place has had my package for 8 days and I paid for the fastest shipping they offer and the package has never left their facility! This place is a complete joke and don’t answer the phone!

Trash company never answer the phone and I paid for most expensive shipping and kept yo-yoing my package. Hate this place this is my first time dealing with them and never again. HUGE COMPANIES DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IT YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS ALIVE

My first time using this service, it was great. But only because the people there care. Mike was especially helpful to help me get so many packages out so late in the day. And at a great price. Definitely coming back.
