It is Friday at 2pm and the store is locked, No one is inside and no answer. We waited and got a haircut and still no one opened the door an hour later. Who is managing this store. Horrible experience because no other GNC store in Chico. Staffing sucks.

Just my experience I’m here rn @ gnc store and the two guys in the register are just watching movies in the cellphone, it looks they don’t love them job Poor customer service with this thise two humans in the store
