What a fantastic experience! I'm 50 years old, just went back to working out and was very blessed to be helped by Billie. What a nice soul. So nice to see that great customer service is still around. Billie was awesome in answering all my questions and following up with great suggestions. Life time customer! GNC is great, but is made better by employees like Billie.
I was told by the Cashier that they do not process returns or exchanges- they stated I need to look for a different location. WHAT THE? ! Since when? Overall poor service and poor customer service. This is unacceptable. I expect better from this store (or any related store for that matter). Someone needs to train George or GNC needs to get better representatives that can better service customers.
