This is my #1 favorite place to shop and browse in Santa Cruz! The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They have a huge assortment of herbs and a wide variety of other products and one-of-a-kind finds. "ALICE'S" is a unique and fun shopping experience ️

I like coming here to buy gifts for some of the more alternative people in my life. Store keepers are really friendly. I cannot comment on the herb selection as I haven't purchased those, but there's a lot of cool and useful stuff here.

This place is so much more than what you would think by looking in the window from the street view. They are knowledgeable people spreading the enlightened thought on herbals and mushrooms as medicine. Will be returning soon to acquire some natural mental medicine in the form of mushroom extract, lions mane to be specific. Super stoked that we stumbled upon this wonderful gem.

Great selection of herbs, plant medicines, unique jewelry and books. Ruby was very helpful guiding me to the ceremonial sages and providing information about how to use them for cleansing a space.

True healers of santa cruz! They also sell for and support local artists. One of the true gems of santa cruz.i live here and cant imagine the place without alice! A must visit if your in town for a couple days. A beautiful store

Love this store! It has everything along with darling clothes and assesories. Great place to buy Kratom. A little overpriced but the sales staff are very knowledgeable for the beginner. Really nice atmosphere. It’s mt favorite store!

Good quality kratom, but their prices are crazy. 2-3 times more expensive than anywhere else. They could definitely stand to have more product and a better selection

This little gem of a store is AWESOME! We found all kinds of high quality herbs that you just don't see anywhere else. Where else can you get "organic" Fo-Ti Root Powder, Borage Herb, Damiana Herb or Cordyceps Mushroom Powder?
We love the products, love the vibe with the eclectic artwork, unique clothing, hand made jewelry and 420 supplies. Ashley who was at the counter the first time we went there is very knowledgeable, helpful and sweet. A must see store when in Santa Cruz.

Nick N's assessment of Catheryn, the owner, as "greedy" is so wildly incorrect as to be laughable. I suspect he may be an employee of the Herb Room, or connected to someone who is.

The woman who helped me today (I think the owner, but not entirely positive) was so helpful and patient. She gave me an education on some herbs I was inquiring about, and spent quite a bit of her time on me doing so. Very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Thank you! I will be back.
