Going Mutts Pet Grooming, Bakersfield CA

It’s been years since I’ve been in to this business but I decided to take my chihuahua in yesterday and the new (ish) owners were awesome as was the young man, Isaiah, who groomed my dog. I’ll definitely be going back.

Bella did an amazing job with my dog. I’ve always been hesitant to go to a groomers due to my dogs anxious and aggressive behaviors but Bella handled her so well!

Hair done nails did. Thanks for the excellent service Isaiah, will definitely be returning.

Came in to have my cat Princess Oero, have a matt shaved off. Came in the tech, handled Princess Oero, with care, and shaved the area. We were in and out in, with in 10 minutes. Thank you, Going Mutts Pet Grooming. I will come back if any of my other 6 Cats, have any grooming issues.

If I could give a 10 star on this I would! Took my germen shepherd to get a trim and de shed and Cindy did an amazing job also she gave me some tips on keeping my dogs coat so smooth! She also don’t shed as much as she use to around the house anymore definitely recommend this place if your looking for a great de shed!

Took my two year old yorkie Georgina to get a hair cut and she came out so cute and soft.

Called a few places on Monday and seems like everyone is closed on Monday. This place gladly took me in as a walk in not to mention they were super booked. I took my 3 month old Frenchie. For a clean up, nail, ears. They were great! I will keep taking him here. They have a great team!

I'm thrilled to share my experience at Going Mutt's Pet Grooming salon in Bakersfield, California. I was quite nervous about leaving my shitzu anywhere but when I picked him up, my worries vanished. He was not only incredibly happy but also looked absolutely stunning. His coat was exceptionally soft, and I must say, this is the best haircut he's ever had. Without a doubt, Going Mutt's Pet grooming salon deserves a glowing 5-star review for their exceptional service and the fantastic care they provided to my furry friend.

Today I took my little Maltese Miko in for a hair cut and nails. Miko has had home haircuts because he is such a pain and the last groomer never called us back. Tommy was up for the challenge and even gave me tips on Maltese care. He did an awesome job. He got a few scratches and bites but still had a smile and took him as a client. I highly recommend him. If you’re looking to get your golden a nice hair cut this is the place! Also staff is very friendly definitely coming back!

The prior owners to this place were very friendly. They would wash, trim hair and nails on my dog for 60.00. When I took her in a couple of weeks ago I had bathed my dog and just wanted a trim for her hair and they wanted 90.00. Never taking my dog here again and the girl was really rude when I asked her questions on why was it so high priced for a trim only.

Out of all the Bakersfield groomers this is the place to take your pup to get a nice groom also lady in front was very firm on prices not like other places where they try to give you high prices definitely coming back here again

We took our Puppy there for his first wash and groom.the staff was friendly. It took about 2 hours total.they did a great job! He will be back next month.

Our dog was groomed by Tommy the first time and he was amazing. Took great care of our dog and he was done so fast (: ! I gave him some notes beforehand and he did everything I asked perfectly. Our dog looked great when we picked him up. Highly recommend Tommy to groom your dog (:

Tommy did an an amazing job with our Cindy. Took her in last minute. Was patient with her. She is a rescue dog and she gets really scared and he was amazing with our girl.

Second time brining my Aussie here and I am beyond pleased with the services that were provided. My dog can get anxious with others handling her and Tommy did an amazing job at being patient with her, since when I picked her up she was happy. They did her haircut exactly as I asked and I loved it. Great service.definitely my favorite in town.
