Kept their commitment and arrived sooner than anticipated, which was amazing. The driver was very professional and arrived with a clean vehicle free of odors!
We will use their service again!

Not sure why the discrepancy. The first time I was charged $10 to go less than a mile, the next time it was $15 for the same trip in reverse. They do have a $10 minimum which seems fair with gas prices. With tip I paid $20 the second time which seems a little high to go a few blocks. I may use them again and see how it goes. Otherwise, they arrived quickly both times and I’m happy to support small businesses and local Taxi service

They’ve been in business for 17 years. You can rely on them to show up when they say they will. I used them for transport to LAX and it was fast and easy.

Always recommended by friends the Cubs are clean and the people are kind I have heard a few people have had a bad experience but I guess it's subject to opinion

When I unexpectedly found myself in need of a ride on a Sunday evening, Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services all had nothing. Gold Coast came through and got me home. Great people!

I don't care what others say this is a very reliable taxi. If they are a few minutes late they call they communicate very well. Prices are reasonable. Are very nice to my client that I care give for. And definitely feel safe

Absolute worst cab company I’ve ever dealt with. Bad service and bad vibes. They will tell you that they will be there in 5-10 minutes, then show up 45 minutes after. If you keep calling to check their eta he yells at you. The car was smelly and old. The guy who I spoke with over the phone was extremely rude. Awful customer service. In nutshell, bad customer experience, everything was rude and unprofessional and I won't be recommending them. Freaking awful.

I did a reservation for a pickup at 4pm and the gentlemen said he was only available at 3: 45pm. That was ok and I was unsure if my business would be completed in time. When the guy arrived I was certainly unable to use his services. He was very cordial and I paid nothing. I didn't have any cash, but still want to send $10 for coming out to pick me up. Do you have Venmo or an online payment? I recommend for online reservations that you at least take a credit card hold of $10, that way if something happens at least you get paid for travel and time.
