Gold Coast did a fantastic job. I would totally recommend them if you're in need of remediation. They were very professional, always on time and respectful of my property.

When working out in my backyard, I heard water from under the house. I have a piers and post house and there was water completely flooding underneath the house. Immediately I called my plumber and then was further referred to Gold Coast Flood Restorations to help with the flooding situation.
I was connected with one of the Gold Coast representatives, Kurt Robinson. He fully explained every detail of how the problem of the flooding would be solved. He went on to guide me step by step of the procedures that were to follow over the next few days and weeks. Gold Coast restoration arrived the next morning at 8: 00 AM just as promised and again they explained in detail what was about to happen.
The owner, Joe Columbo, was very helpful resolving issues with the insurance adjustor.
Flooding is an overwhelming experience for any homeowner. However, the Gold Coast employees and the owner were kind and thoughtful and gently guided me through this stressful time. I never worried that they wouldn’t show up or do as they said they would. Additionally, all the employees of Gold Coast were very respectful of my home and treated it as if it were their own. Whenever any demolition was done there was never any debris left behind or mess of any kind. Truly these men are skilled at their craft.
I will always be completely grateful for all Gold Coast Flood Restorations did for me. Highly recommend!

Kudos to Gold Coast
I had noticed a damp spot in the drywall around our microwave in the kitchen. When I pulled back a little bit of that drywall, there was clearly mold present- so I called a plumber for a leak detection visit. After seeing the mold, the plumber said that he wouldn't proceed until the mold was taken care of. Fortunately he recommended Gold Coast Flood Restoration - and I'm so glad that I followed up with his recommendation.

Although this was a very stressful situation for me, the crew at Gold Coast had put me at ease. Joe, Mike and team were transparent and willing to answer any question that I may have had during the remediation process. Plus they were quite experienced when working with insurance adjusters. They were professional, timely, courteous throughout the whole process.

I hope that I won't ever encounter another mold situation like this again - but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Gold Coast again- and would absolutely recommend them to others. They definitely deserve the Siskel and Ebert's "Two Thumbs Up"!
