Gold Country Power Equipment reviews
7Went in to get an two air filters for 562xp guy at the front counter was terribly rude wouldn’t show me pictures of filters nor pull them out from the back so we could make sure they were right one for our saws. If you own business and need husky parts don’t go here take the time to go auburn.
Fixed my weed Wacker and it works great. Price was very reasonable.
Thank you,
They have serviced and/or fixed equipment for me in the past. This time it was my chainsaw. Always do good work.
We are fortunate to have Gold Country Power Equipment in our neighborhood. They are a fully stocked full service power equipment company that provides a wide range of Husqvarna, Shindaiwa, Toro, Bear Cat and Briggs & Stratton power equipment, parts, supplies and accessories. Their Service Department provides 5 star service at fair and very competitive rates and the work is completed on time or before their estimated completion date. The store is professionally designed and layed out. Jackie and Gill go above and beyond the call of duty, as they provide knowledgeable and excellent service. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.
I will never go to them for any repairs. They do not check to make sure the problem was solved. They had cost me money and time.l had to go and rent a equipment
Angry New Owner
This business has been sold to someone new. Steve, the previous owner, was a pleasant & helpful person–a nice guy. Unfortunately, the new owner is exactly the opposite. I walked in with a weed eater hoping to ask Steve if it was worth looking at. Before I said a word, the new guy gave me an extremely dirty look and wanted to know if I had an appointment. I was astounded by the level of hostility and did my best avoid getting his hackles up any further. I was able to find out enough to know that except for buying repair parts unavailable anywhere else, I never wanted to come back here. I can’t imagine how he expects to stay in business.
