Gold Country Smoke Shop, Oroville CA

I have been a customer for about 2 1/2 years now. I buy cartons of smokes and get a stamp for each carton that I buy and save them up until the card is full and am supposed to get a free carton.
That has worked well for quite some time.
I stopped by to pick up my free carton and had 3 different cars because misplace them some time or don't have them with me. Crazy but true.
I handed in my cards and was told that 2 of the stamps were not honoured because someone had stolen their stamp. I spend, 50 bucks for each of those stamps. So only two of them are from the stamp that was stolen. How did it get stolen? So its my fault it was stolen? If I had a stolen stamp and was using it, I would think I would fill the card, not put only two stamps on it.
So I am out 100.00 of credit towards my free carton and told, "oh well". Like I stole the stamp myself. I felt really uncomfortable as if I was being accused of using a stolen stamp.
I just don't think that the way it was handled was fair. I will for sure take my business elsewhere.

Lately a couple of the women working the drive thru window have been extremely rude! Especially the heavier set tan lady. They use to hand you a list of flavors you could choose from if the one you wanted was out but now they just get irritated if you don’t know what flavor you want right away & won’t tell you which ones they do have. Poor customer service honestly. Like someone else said, check your attitude at the door before clocking in at work & taking it out on your customers.

Only place to buy vapes (I know, gross) for an out of towner not used to the harsh laws in place over there! Elizabeth I think her name was, super nice! Tried something new and it's my favorite now! Just have to see if I can find it in NW WA

I asked the lady in the drive through MARY about one of their products that is advertised on the window. She told me and I quote "TAKE A PICTURES OF IT AND LOOK IT UP YOURSELF" Like WOW what customer service this place has! IM BEING SARCASTIC! MARY WAS SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! AND OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE ON WHAT THEY ARE SELLING! I ASKED ABOUT ONE OF THE "THC-A" PRODUCTS! HOW ARE THEY EXPECTING TO SELL THIS WITHOUT HAVING ANY KNOWLEDGE WHATSOEVER ABOUT THE PRODUCT! Is it made from real pot? Will it be safe to consume and drive? What are the health warnings about using this product? I had a few other questions regarding this product which none of them were answered!
The unprofessionalism from this employee was something else! I will never go back to this place again! As well as telling absolutely everyone I know about her rudeness and unprofessional attitude! And I spend a lot of money at this place! Or I guess I use to spend a lot of money at this place! Mary a piece of advice WHEN YOU GET TO WORK CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE AT THE DOOR!

I have a new twist to this REVIEW, I'm calling it 2 reviews in 1, & I owe it all to my dear Mother "June Sturgeon, well 1/2 of it! It has 2 agendas in it, 1st of all Gambling @ Gold Country Casino, where I'm @right now getting ready to go home, & the 2nd 1 is anyone trying to loose weight, my dear Mother's advice was, U only need to do 1 exercise to loose weight & U don't even sweat, All's U do, is put both hands onto the table your eating at, push UR self away from the table, stand up & walk away w/o eating your meal, That's it & it really works, well the same goes 4 gambling if your winning & are 50 or 100 $$ ahead, same exercise just a little different, push UR self from the gambling area UR @ push U R self away & walk out a WINNER, ever single time, so I must Thank My Dear Mother in Heaven, 4 teaching me the Diet way of Losing weight & myself 4 using it tonite w/o even thinking, I came out $50 to the Good, is there way of saying I WON, That's the Sturge Tips 4 this Wk & please every1 be safe out there, & Thanks For reading the papers all of our reviews are in, w/o readers there would be no PAPERS NEEDED.

I can buy a carton of cigarettes for $45 here almost half price, and gas is 25 to 30 cents cheaper
