This place is terrible customer service is a disgrace mechanics are a couple teenagers without a class a drivers license and ownership are drunks.

I ordered a pair of tracks for my excavator they ordered the wrong ones and didn’t tell me tell I checked if they were in. I need my excavator to make a living. I found a pair from another dealership asked if I can have them delivered to this location and they said no because I didn’t order from them. What a joke I tried and the pathetic employee ordered wrong ones.

Tractor bogged down when front aimed downhill. Went in to schedule a repair and they suggested I try a few things prior to them coming out. So I did. And I love when a company does what is right rather than just chasing the money. And after I gave up, we scheduled. And my MacGyver of a repair guy was able to rig a hook system, using a solid copper wire, to his inspection camera to pull out a fuel can spout. That didn’t solve the issue but then as I backed the tractor up the hill, and it died, he knew right away that it was one of the safety switches for the seat. We temporarily jumped it and it ran fine. And now my tractor is back in action! Thanks!

I go here for all the tree work supply. From climbing equipment, ropes chains, oil, etc. Like that I you can take what you need then pay later.
