I would not go back to them ever they only give you 10% of what the item is worth when its supposed to be 25% or higher they are robbing people.this is total honesty. They are doing people dirty

To add on to the other one star review. I was also told 27$ over the phone but was sold for $18 instead. This was a few months back. Always tell the truth. What goes around comes back around. What a scam.

Went to go sell a 14k gold piece when I got there tried to appraise my item for 10k scrap at 18$ when they told me on the phone it was 27$ for 14k. Okay w them paying scrap but trying to pay 10k for 14k. The fellow at GOLD NY REFINERY always was honest about prices never tried to change it in person

That piece I brought in was from your store. So are your percentages not correct are you selling your customers a 10k piece with a 14k bezel on it? Because your worker clearly gave me the 14k price after I told him it doesn’t add up what he was trying to give me. I’m not new to selling gold i weighed everything before going and I’m sure it’s 14k if it’s from your store correct?
