Golden 1 Credit Union, Clovis CA

This bank has horrible customer service. They are also rude and condescending. I had to switch banks.

Why Bother. Been with G1 for over 2 years, with Direct Deposits from my Employer and a long work history. Have 3 to 4k in my account and decent credit. They denied me for a 10k car loan on a car that is still worth 14 to 15k. Banks like this that just takes advantage of your money but when you like or want its help. Denied, Why Bother.

Everyone was very nice. I expected a long wait since I went in on a Friday to open a new account, It didn’t take long at all. Marcos helped me. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

When I go inside the bank, the tellers are always fast, friendly, with a smile. This is one of the best banks I have ever been a member of, they go that extra courtesy to help.you. When there's a big line and I think I will be their forever, they open up with more tellers and maybe 10 to 12 minutes, they are fast!

So slow! Whats the point of having 6 windows when they only have 2 tellers? That is just pathetic. Nobody wants to spend a whole hour at a bank.

Slow! The wait is always rediculous there is never more then three tellers everytime i go in. Theres 6 windows that they could put to use but they never do. Once u get to the window 45 min later their friendly but the wait is crazy. They need to either hire more people or call more people in. Whatever their problem is they need to do something about it. Any other bank has enough tellers. Golden one tellers never even say sorry about the wait or apologize for the lack of staff! Good banking experience if i never had to go in.

Golden One Waste of time
At first I was greeted very kindly friendly I been waiting for about an hour to be seen, by customer service and just to find out I have to come tomorrow.

I love this place. They are open later on Fridays, open until 3pm on Saturdays. They are a small bank, reminds me of the old Educational Employees Credit Union before they got big. We have financed a RV, a truck, a car and they keep wanting more of our business.

So much better than the one by Shaw and 41: The line seems to go fast to me. Friendly and efficient staff.

Horrible customer service. I have never had such a bad experience.if u are thinking about banking there, turn around, do not walk, run!

80% of my visits with them are quick but there are times where the wait is long! However, I care more about the customer service and if they're meeting my needs rather than the wait.
