15This place is terrible, they legit do not know what they are doing. We got here to receive a auto loan that we were approved for, then this place said we weren't. Minutes after someone called us up saying we were approved. This place wasted out time. The manager doesn't even know anything, I don't know who hired the staff here but they all are useless.
Atm outside the front door literally doesn't accept my cash when I tried for almost 5 times. Probably should upgrade the atm to look like those new bank of america NCR machines. Also they should put more atm's like 2 on each side. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because of the favorable interest rates.
Online their hours say they open at 9am. It is now 10am. Meanwhile people have been standing in the sun for over an hour thinking the bank opens at 9am. Its unacceptable to set a time and not notify people of the changes at all. Specially for those standing in the heat.
They are the slowest branch I have been to. I waited in line for 20 mins and there was only one person at the window and 4 associates walking around. Avoid this branch if you can
The services is wonderful. They are interactive with you and are so willing to help out. The amount of patience, knowledge, and cooperation the team has for one another and to the customers are over the top. They deserve a 5 star. Keep up the wonderful work.
Worst lines ever. I waited 45 mins and still have 8 people infront of me with two tellers open. I am late for picking up my child from child care
The later in the day, the longer the line. I usually try to go in the mornings. I can be out in less than ten minutes. If I wait until the afternoons, it can take up to 20 minutes. The customer service is always good and friendly.
Deposit money at the ATM, machine freezes and eats your debit card. TWICE. Call for replacement, and they want to charge you. Go into the branch to get a replacement card to avoid charge, wait in line for 1/2hr. Get new card, had to wait three hours to activate through telephone automated service, automated service doesn't recognize me pressing one. Get forwarded to customer service and told to go to branch to reset card. Stand in line for another 1/2hr and reset card. Call automated service, same problem, escalated to level 2, waited on hold while I stood in line at branch and played a game of "who's gonna help me first? ". Pin number finally gets placed to card, branch teller tells me they can't verify my pin at the counter but to try the machine outside that ate my card. Go outside and stand in ATM line and coincidentally watch the poor elderly gentleman in front of me get his card taken by the machine.
I really wish I was making this up. I'm typing this out and even I can't believe these chain of events. What an absolute circus. At the very least avoid the ATM machines here. Avoid the branch lines if possible. I'm currently reassessing my account with Golden1.
I like golden 1 for many reasons, however there not perfect. This location is far better than the one by the mall. Has about 9 windows in total but still only uses 3 max on a busy time. That’s irritating. The managers here need to step up and request to hire a few more people. A line going out the door is just ridiculous. Also what’s frustrating is there phone service. You have to go through a whole bunch of things just to talk to someone. These are just minor problems compared to what kind of stress a bank can give you.

Awful customer service never never should have believed the clerk. Opened chking / Savings. When i first moved here. Had ck sent directly from previous bank to new Bank. 3 wks later I was still unable to get to my money. My last payday check Held it because it was an out of state.
To begin with i had went to March lane Golden1. Note this is a good review on Morada, Golden 1.
The teller at MARCH LANE GOLDEN 1 was a mexican lady with blonde hair who was in her late 30s or 40s. I wanted to link accounts with my roommate so i can do the online transfer to pay rent without having to give him cash. So i asked her 3 times and i told if i can call my roomate for his number and she said no. She told me there's people behind me and that i should use moneypop which is part of golden1 transfering but external but i wanted the internal. Because money pop takes 3 days and or more. So this lady forces me to use moneypop and was not listening to me. I kept trying to explain to her but she was more concern about the line. Plus there were enough tellers that day. And she just didn't want to help me. So i called my room mate when i got into my car and told him what happened. He told me he's linked accounts before. And i linked accounts with my sister before but i was living in fresno during the time and i was pretty annoyed when that happened.
I drove to the Golden 1 at Morada and the teller Jessica was super friendly and nice she helped me within 5 mins and everything was set super fast. And she sympathize with my frustration with what happened. She linked my roomates account and transfer the money to his account. I was happy because i needed to pay for some bills and its almost due.
I'm greatful there are people out there like Jessica who actually listens to what the customer has to say. She is awesome!
From now on I'm going to the Golden 1 at Morada because has plently of parking and friendly service/great customer service.
I went to this place 3 times in a span of about a month.
1st. ATM would not accept cash deposit. The drive through is temporary out of service. Branch is off hour
2nd. About 2 weeks later, ATM will not accept the card. It just keep clicking but card don't go in. Drive through is temporary out of service. Inside ATM has a big out of service paper on the screen. Branch open, but line is too long.
3rd. Inside ATM has an out of service sign. Both outside and drive through ATMs are temporary out of service. Branch is open, but line is too long. Probably because none of the ATMs are working
Completing the insult to us morons, branch hour start at 10. Sad
Wanted to open a new account and waited 20 minutes for someone to help. There was no acknowledgment nor customer service requesting I wait a little longer before someone comes to help me. Slow tellers who look like they don't want to be there. Poor customer service!
