6Came to this branch to use the notary service and Rhonda was awesome! She was very thorough in making sure our documents were done right due to them being a little different from the norm. Nevertheless all was taken care of and is greatly appreciated.
I hate this branch. It always has long lines with only two tellers. An no public restroom. What kind of bank makes people wait to handle business but dont care if you use the bathroom or not.
You know I came to this specific golden one because they had such great ratings on reviews.
Unfortunately I came in at 4: 50 PM and I waited for 20 minutes, just for someone to tell me they cannot help me open a new bank account.
You would think that if they let you through the doors they would take care of your needs.
I can see if I came last minute but they close at 5: 30 PM. How much longer would it really have taken?
I went to Broadway and they had an account done for me in 20 minutes flat.
In my industry if someone walks through the doors we take care of them.
Even if we have to stay past closing time we provide quality service.
It’s disappointing to see that not everyone has the same standards.
Plus: Good interest rates on credit card and auto-loans.
Bad: Despite being a $10 billion credit union, mobile banking service remains unreliable and app works intermittently and/or executes prematurely. Having a second ATM at this location would reduce the long lines since most people are just withdrawing cash.
Ive been coming to this Golden 1 for years and I love the quick and quality service! I especially want to thank Wendy, one of the awesome tellers, for her GREAT customer service! She was kind, genuine and professional. Wendy was the outside the window teller and when I was recieving my funds she counted it out in a whisper which to me shows customer confidentiality, customer privacy, respect and consideration which I greatly appreciated! I hope this Golden 1 will consider her for future promotion!
