62 tellers, 13 people waiting in line. Waiting for 30 minutes already. I have had faster experience at DMV.
The absolute slowest. Three tellers two helping one person if you only have a 3 hour lunch expect to be late actually you should probably devote a whole day if you plan on going here. Stood in line over an hour today
I can see complaints about the long wait times dating back years. Nothing is changed, I have never see lines so long in a bank, and I’ve never seen less urgency from the tellers and management. I can only assume after years of complaints they just don’t care about customer experience.
The best I can say is everyone is super nice, but I would easily trade that for any amount of urgency.
The bank teller today, 12/19/22, earned a 5 star, at the Arena Blvd site. I wish I had paid attention to her name, she was attentive, communicative, friendly, while getting my needs taken care of, not wasting time for others. She will get far with this work ethic. I will be reaching out to her supervisor and let them know this is the kind of employee who will benefit the bank, co workers, customers. I am so impressed. Update to come.
Came here 12/10/22. I am a brand new member to Golden 1 Credit Union and to get treated this way is not a "Golden" experience at all. The Manager was terrible! Her name was Cynthia, and was rude from the beginning from the time I walked up to the tellers window. She was questioning my dmv paper license, she was denying my needs right away, when I told her that I had been there each week to take of the issue, she cuts me off and says, "before you start", how rude? ! I don't appreciate this level of service, especially coming from so called management. Especially me being new as a member to this bank. I shouldn't have Been treated this way. Even the way Cynthia the Manger talked to her employee next to her was rude and non professional. I can only imagine how she treats her own colleagues at work. How unfortunate.please fix her attitude and demeanor. Not the person you want on your team.
