Shoutout of pure GRATITUDE & joy to Josh for literally getting me back on the road again after 7 months of being locked out of my car. My Dad, a mechanic used to take care of all things automotive for me. After a series of strokes & heart attacks he could no longer hold a wrench. He recently passed away this month & I could hear his voice through the kindness that Josh showed me getting my battery replaced in record time. Josh was literally my roadside ANGEL during a very difficult time. Thank you Josh for being such a WONDERFUL BLESSING during this Springtime storm. GOD BLESS!

I call AAA at my house to tow my car. They did not do that. They cannot find the battery on my car on a Toyota PriusV. They did not jump my car to get it started. I call them on March 29th and they can do nothing.

They steal cars and are in on it with the managers in the mobile homes. They get a percentange for lerring them know about any rediculous "reason".

Frank from Golden Bear Towing was a great representation of what AAA Roadside Service is all about! After my car broke down on me, Frank was very kind and professional! Not only did he help me get my car taken care of but he talked to me on the long ride home which helped me to feel better.

Foolishly, locked my keys (and school keys) in truck during my lunch break! I am a High school teacher and our lunch is only 30 minutes long! The service gentleman was on site within the half hour, and retrieved my keys before the lunch bell rang! He was professionally equipped with his service and more importantly his customer service!

Avoid golden bear Montclair at all costs.my catalytic converter went out and I was unable to get it smoged. I registered it under non-op and parked it in the back of my apartments (private property), while waiting for parts.than these dirt bags came in and stole my car.once I figured out where it was, I called and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and told me I was going to have to pay more than the car was worth to get it back. I wish I could give 0 stars.and I'm currently looking into suing them and/or pressing charges.

Don't use this company: Very dishonest! Called AAA for a tow to dealer for car repair, distance 14 miles. Driver charged for 20 miles and insisted I pay cash. He wouldn't provide a receipt and told me to call the company office for receipt. Called company office several times and was hung up on. No receipt provided. Over charge reported to AAA. Driver and office staff very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and DISHONEST!

This place has multiple businesses - car engine and body repair shops. The one I go to is Martin's car repair. He's AMAZING! He shows me what's wrong (e.g. Those little tool lights in the dashboard), explains what I need and how to get the part without breaking the bank. I LOVE this guy!

The other day I got stuck something was wrong with my car call AAA they send this amazing guy Victor n a v a r r o from Golden Bear Towing very helpful quick to respond resolve my problem with a smile thank you AAA for picking out the best Best Towing service I could have asked for once again thank you Victor from Golden Bear Towing

They will work with you a great towing company unlike American eagle which is downright disgraceful I recommend Golden Bear towing and very reasonable and very professional in business like unlike American eagle towing

Jared was awesome, great communication, very friendly and helpful, kept an open communication. Got our truck towed with no issues. A great guy with great manners.

This is an EXCELLENT company from their dispatch to their technician team! I received a call from them as soon as I hung up with AAA! Immediately after speaking with the dispatcher I was contacted by a technician who arrived sooner than expected. He greeted me with a smile and was very professional yet personable! He took car of my car and the whole experience with this company was AMAZING and EXEMPLARY!

On October 2 I needed a tow and victor show there and he help me golden bear is really good towing company I really recommend

I called AAA at approximately 6: 45 pm and was told a tow truck would arrive within 40 minutes to jump start my truck. After 40 minutes and no updates I contacted AAA who called the provider, Golden Bear Towing. They informed me that I was next and it would be about another 20 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes and with no updates I contacted Golden Bear Towing directly. They informed me I was next and it would be about another 20 minutes. They blamed AAA for giving out inaccurate information. Again, I waited 20 minutes. After no updates I contacted Golden Bear Towing directly and was so frustrated I cursed at the dispatcher. She then denied my service request completely. After several.more calls to AAA it became apparent that no one was coming. I was told I would receive a call from the "dispatch department" shortly. No one ever called or came. My young son and I were stranded for over 2 hours. Eventually my husband came to me himself and was able to jump start me.

Josh came out to fix my tire and he was AMAZING. Golden Bear Towing called me right after I got off the phone with triple A to verify where I was and send out a tech. Then I got a call from Josh right after letting me know I was his next stop. He got here in 5 min and was the nicest! He had it all fixed and ready so fast! Told me how long I could drive on my spare. If you need someone reliable call Golden Bear! Great experience and very happy with their service!
