Golden Brands, Richmond CA

This company should change there name from Golden Brands to "We are going to Screw you brand". Worst customer service, worst sales reps, there is nothing right about this company. I don't understand how can bid companies like Sazerac, Constellation, Sierra Nevada can give them distribution rights. They will not even try to correct there own mistakes. Sorry is solution to all there screw up.

Busy and efficient is among the many things that I seen around this operation. Hard qualities to find now a days.

Beware of traffic and tight spaces. If they don't like you you'll get a certain dock. Lol Had was wearing my unit shirt from Army. A (1) pallet shifted. They had me restack it by hand. Don't think they like veterans.

Checked in at 7am for 9am appointment got a door right away but didn’t get offloaded with paperwork in hand till 11am.
Minimal street parking.

Facility needs to improve many things first bathroom (portable) not clean even broken door

I really liked delivering for this guys. I had my appt at 10: 30am and they took the load at 7: 00am. They unloaded my trailer in 30min. The only downside is they dont have public restrooms. If they had at least a Porta Potty it would have been a 5

Appt was 9-930, got there 745. They put me in door n out before 9. Fast n friendly. Got told shut truck off is all while loading. Lil tight with door I had cuz of island wit rocks, trees, n fire hydrant but doable.

Good place to deliver. Go right at sign, drive around building turn left at docks. Check by door 10 press green button. You can park on street any time of day no bathrooms out there though. To get to back to interstate go right on canal, then another right in Ohio St, then a right to Harbour Ave. Takes you right to interstate

Absolutely trash receiver. They will not work with you at all.
Stay as far away as you can

They make every beer but budweiser as of now it's called Golden Reyes owned by CoCola

Bad company if you came on time not sure they can receive your load this is last load for this company

Nobody moves real fast.they weren't too slow.about 15 minutes to check in. 2 hours at the door.they did bring my paperwork to me when they were done!

I drive truck i deliver beer. To them very cool people. Good service there unloading is fast 30 minute Thats it Thanku bay area beverage

Unloading fast but by appt only and strict appt. Parking available. Check in near door 10. With forklifts person. And also hard to come back on fwy.
