Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, Oxnard CA

Golden Corral Buffet honored Veterans this evening. I would estimate at least 200 Veterans attended and received a free meal. We got there at 400 pm and visited with veterans who had a booth outside. We left after eating at about 530 pm and the line was all the way around the building for the Veterans. The food was excellent and the service was the best. Thank you Golden Corral.

I'm always impressed by their hospitality and fast service. Great food for the price.

The female waiters gave more attention to the black people than the other people for some reason. Countless of people had to go up to them to ask for more water and lemonade. The waiters were talking, laughing with the huge family of black people rather than doing their jobs. Oh and they didn’t have any soda. Everyone had to buy water or drink lemonade.

(November 10 2023 11: 30am review) Came here all the way to Philippines just to taste this breakfast food. Very bad food, Bacon burned, Eggs have no seasoning, Icee only" did not even tell that the ice cream machine is broken/no ice cream", never go here just for breakfast the dessert is not yummy, but kids eat free but ONLY UNDER 2!? Supposed to be under 12. But good service but wonder why there's no drinks. Save Money Live Better.

Good place for breakfast lunch and dinner food is always made fresh I personally have always enjoyed this spot more then hometown buffet for an all you can eat dinning

Lunch is cheaper. I like the food salad bar is great.fish is ok. I didn't like the cheese cake. To sweet! Roast beef mashed potatoes and okra. Soups and baked potatoes make your own tacos.jello ice cream and pies cakes for desert. Not bad. Go hungry because you will be FULL!

Our family really enjoyed ourselves. The food was amazing except for one staff that didn't like when we appeared before her for a slice of ham. The drinks were wierd though. It's not like an actual buffet where you get to refill your drink. You tell whoever is servicing you and they'll go get it for you.

Their omelette bar makes the greatest ones anywhere! The staff is very friendly and work their butts off! This place sets the bar!

It's a buffet it can't get better than that. Food selection is plentiful, staff is friendly and hard working, and it is reasonably priced for a buffet! It does get crowded although at times so time your visits well!

Hadn't been here since the pandemic and I was shocked to see their pricing. Wow, $80.00 for 3. My kids really wanted to eat there, so we did. Except for the price the food was great, hot, and plenty of it. The ladies going from table to table did a great job. The only food item that was so-so was the chicken. It wasn't cooked right, not sure what it was, just wasn't up to par. I gave it a 4-star rating because of the chicken.

I really like it here! Salad bar is always very nice & alot of choices! The hot food is good also. Really good steaks! I love that they always have a good variety of fruit! The desserts are not that good in my opinion but they do have soft serve ice cream that's pretty good! All of the servers work hard & they always have smiles! I do feel bad bc so many people do not leave tips which I frown upon. They work hard taking care of people & at the end of their shifts they have to pay taxes on the tips even if no tip is left they still have to pay the tax. Please tip your servers folks especially to the servers that take good care of you & your table!

I went for dinner, first time I ever ate there. It was very busy and extremely loud. The food was mediocre at best. Most of the dishes and desserts tasted like processed food. The staff were polite, but due to the large number of guests, they were not able to provide the level of service necessary. I for sure will not be going back.

I've been to this location twice and it seems like they stopped feeling their serving tables by 7: 30 so if you come after that it might be a little difficult to get a meal that's not dried out or stale
