5I've Lived in this Trailer Park for 42 year's, it's a Great Family park my Kids Grew up in this Trailer park and now my Grandchildren live her, Their is River access in this park, they have made improvements and they have cleaned park alot.
I've lived in this park since 2007 and I've seen some major changes. Now it's one of the cleanest and nicest all age family parks in Oroville.
I have lived in this park for going on 14+ years and it's absolutely amazing and I'll tell you when I first moved in, there was a tweaker every other house. But a short time later they started cleaning that up the park is beautiful there never usto be a clean path way to the river to have bbqs swim and hang out now there it the laundry facility offerd is amazing.compared to when I first moved here. I have raised all 3 of my kids here couldn't picture a better place. Everyone looks out for everyone its like family my kids are safe to run and ride there bikes the onsite staff is amazing.

Great park in a great location.onsite team is great and now that the owner has hired a professional management company the park operates ever better!
