Golden Gate Moving, South San Francisco CA

My 13 boxes plus a couple other items (bike and vacuum) were picked up on may 15th in CA. They weren’t delivered until June 10th. Luckily it was a small load so easy to know what was or wasn’t mine because a box and a duffle bag were unloaded with my stuff. I gave them back to the movers as they were not mine. I also told the movers I was missing box number 3. I labeled all boxes so it would be easy to know if one was missing. It is now aug 8th and I am still missing said box. I filed a claim in June. Filled out their additional paper work in July and again they are asking me to submit a package of papers. I don’t normally complain as I know things happen but this is unacceptable and there is no ownership on behalf of the company.

The three men that helped us out were excellent in every way: they knew what they were doing, were kind, knowledgeable, careful with our stuff, and hard workers.
