Golden Gate Sleep Centers, Danville CA

Dr Thakkar is always very kind and suggesting alternatives to the sleep aids that I have. Her staff are always very helpful. I wish I didn't have to come to this clinic (!) but thank goodness everyone is very kind and it's not a hardship!

Out of all of my doctors and medical facilities that I go to, there is no better place than Golden Gate Sleep Center. I feel cared for, and I feel that I am listened to, and that there is true concern about my health. Its wonderful to FINALLY have a doctor that listens and understands me!

Had some success with Golden Gate Sleep Center Danville in the beginning. As time moved on the interest from GGSC in my personal challenges decreased as my phone calls and messages were not returned. I had to make an appointment just to get a response from Dr. Thakkar who then told me to do a procedure with a device (considerable cost to me). After the successful procedure and results Dr. Thakkar would not write the letter as she claimed. GGSC staff were nice but the business appears to me to be more interested in revenue generation than helping patients.

The team members were all exceptional and helped me finally after 21 years with a CPAP come in for another full night Sleep Study. That on site were nice helpful and the facility was clean.

Dr. Thakkar is both efficient and personable at the same time. She took the time to understand my concerns and incorporated that into her care plan. I am very satisfied with her approach and would recommend Golden Gate Sleep Centers to anyone needing help with sleep issue.

I really like Dr. Thakkar. She's sincerely interested in the patient's overall condition, and which solution will work best for them. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient of golden gate sleep center for a year now and let me tell you what. If you’re skeptical of c pap machine and if they work or not. TRUST me they do work and very well I might add. My o2 level was at 83% when I started treatment and now my o2 level is between 98-99%. The energy level has gone up, quality of sleep is better and feeling rested during the day with out the afternoon crash is awesome. The staff here from Dr. Thakkar who is totally down to earth and easy going. Ohhh and she actually cares about what’s going on with you. The office staff is always help and polite. And the sleep techs are awesome as well, Tiffany. Do your self a favor and pay them a visit, do it for your sleep!

I am not a local patient, but seen via teleconference. I felt listened to and validated on all my concerns. Sherri was great following up same day with any questions. Dr. Thakkar is very thorough and she is the one you need to talk to if you are having issues!

The best Sleep centre ever. I was treated like family. All the staff is friendly & caring. They take care of their patients just like the loved ones at home. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs their help.

This place is very friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave, I am greeted with smiles and kind words. I have had a few incidents with the equipment that came with my C-Pap machine. Masks not fitting right, hose leak, etc. Whatever it may be, the staff have been quick to find a solution and worked with me to find the best fit, and the most comfortable feel. They call orders in right away for me, knowing how difficult it is to contact the supplier of the product. They are always on time with my scheduled appointment. Get me in and out and on my way, leaving me with the satisfaction that all of my questions were answered and all issues, if any, were addressed and resolved. Sherri has especially been super kind to me. She has gone out of her way to make sure I got what I needed out of my visits. The facility is always clean, cool, comfortable. The doctor and all of the staff are amazing.
