Omg Isiah was the absolute best, he was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable.
He answered all our questions and was so attentive.
The mud bath was well worth every penny spent and extremely relaxing.
My only suggestion would be to have some oil or lotion in the cool-down room as either the mud or mineral water made my skin super soft but also dry.
Will be back and would recommend

Mud baths and massages are the best. Took time out to relax. An overnight stay is what we needed. I love this place.

The facility was super outdated. The word spa for this is not accurate at all! We left without doing the couples mud bath. One look at the room and it screamed filth. Mud doesn’t get changed between uses I cannot even fathom going in.kudos to those who can. The front desk was kind in giving us a refund as she understood it’s not for everyone.

Everything is relative to what you expect for your money.

Room: comfortable but out dated, serious need of remodeling.

Spa: Mud spa attendant was very courteous and friendly. Mud bath room needs attention, it was dreary.

Pros: plumbed mineral water in pools and rooms, bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Wonderful! Incredible! Beautiful! I feel like a new person after soaking in the natural mineral baths.

Great 1st time experience. Spent time in the mineral pool and hot tub then in the mud bath.

New employees! Do not go there don’t know what they’re doing. Very frustrating to book. Dont bring friends or family members. Put me on hold and still had no answer for me. I’ve been here many times never had one like this. Change is happening do not go

We've been coming here for many years and it only gets better.like wine. The amenities and staff are by far the best. Like home away from home. Unless of course your home is a little stressful, then this is most definitely the place to go to get away. I just about fell asleep in the mud and the jacuzzi. I did fall asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. I highly recommend this place. Manny has been a dear friend and familiar face here.

Place is a great way to relax. My wife and I did the couples massage and mudd bath. We started in the hot springs and finished there.

All the employees were very professional and friendly. It was super clean as well. I highly recommend going here.

Such a wonderful experience! We were able to enjoy a couples mud bath and our host was so amazing! She explained everything, gave us ample time to enjoy each part of the experience! Would definitely recommend and would come again. Don't be deterred by low ratings or negative comments, this place is a well kept, clean, and a peaceful place to relax.

My wife and I did the mud bath. It was like the YMCA inside, there was zero sense of a spa like atmosphere. Not what we expected at all. It appeared that the mud isn’t changed after previous baths and the guy running it kept coming in every few minutes. It was an experience, that we didn’t care for, but others may.

We didn't stay at the rooms but definitely next time! We went there to do the mud baths. It was a hoot! Felt completely pampered for an hour. As a bonus, we got to stay for a little longer at their public pool and hot tubs. Friendly staff, wonderful service, and healing springs, you can't ask for more!

Great place for true mud bath and massage. Wonderful staff, reasonably priced, quite comfortable, easy access to town (walk or bike). Highly recommend!

Such a nice hotel. The mud bath experience is so relaxing you will need a nap after it’s so invigorating to all the senses and your body feels smooth and great after. The rooms are all excellent and maintained well, we had a hot tub in our room and the water it used was mineral water. All very healing and in a comfortable place.
