This place is absolutely perfect, from the organized layout to always having what I want in stock. They have a great selection of local brews and brand name products. The only slight drawback is that it's a bit tight on space but thats only because they really cram a wide variety in such a small building. Even if you aren't buying anything just stop by to see if they got what you need. The staff are amazing and very friendly. They can even help out with some recommendations if your looking for something new to try.

I bought a special edition tequila and when I received it it was broken. I called then left several messages on text messenger. I got this message from them: "good morning you have messaged about 20 times. You called yesterday after business hours and we are not open yet at 10AM PAcifici standard time. Please stop messaging us so we can investigate this and give you a call. " I never receive a calland finally couple more message i spoke with them and they say: you have to have insurance, nothing we can do it. Serious? This is not how you should run a business.

Decent prices. I go here to get any beers I can't get at albertsons, right down the street.

Great selection of beer, wine, and snacks. Their snack aisle has selections of tastier chips found in Mexico.

Good selection of craft beer, canned/bottled spritzers, seltzers, kombucha, cider and premium bottles of liquor. They have a decent "convenience store" section with detergent, tampons, baggies, etc. Their prices are a bit high, but I guess its closer than BevMo. The reason I come to this place is best part of this market: the little pop up taco stand out in the parking lot. I swear they have the best tacos in San Diego! All the meat selections have a sazon that is deliciously crafted! The best! I'll add a picture next time I go up.

The store owner and staff are completely disrespectful and do not value loyal customers. I have been a resident of the Golden Hill area for over three years and a patron of this market the entire time. Recently, there has been an issue with the Puff Bar products and over the course of THREE years, I've made an attempt to return TWO defective products. I would purchase this product once a week from the store over the course of EIGHT months and returned TWO defective ones. I've also purchased wine, spirits, and snacks from the market in the past as well.

The first time I returned a Puff Bar, it was because the battery was faulty and didn't work consistently with each draw. The second time, the owner was inside the store and he was able to observe with his own eyes that the product did not work. He refused to return it, stating the reason that I had stepped outside of the store and he risked losing his store license. I was still on the premise, directly outside the door. I opened the second one, and the liquid inside the pen had been mixed with other flavors. I opened the package and took one draw off the pen in front of the owner. The owner exchanged the one I opened inside the store, but left me with one that had mixed liquid inside of it.

Despite making numerous purchases from the store and having only TWO complaints over the course of THREE years, I've been accused of trying to get free Puff Bars, and humiliated in front of customers. Due to societal stereotypes and embarrassment, I did not try to speak with the owner in front of the customers. I left the store and tried to call to speak with the store and staff before posting this review in attempts to mediate the situation. One of the employee hung up in my face and told me, "They were good". I am perfectly okay not spending my money in a place that treats me with such utter disrespect. I will not spend my money in any of the owner's stores ever again and will do my best at spreading the word concerning this place. I thank them from banning me from the store because they increased the MSRP on the Puff Bars beyond what they're being sold for on the actual company site and I've been trying to quit anyways. In the end, the market did me a favor because it's not like they're selling anything healthy or helpful to the community. Thanks for motivating me to be more mindful of my health and whom I choose to do business with.

So overpriced, fairly rude, zero chance of working a deal out with a serious customer. Two Benjamin’s for a Henry McKenna? That’s just laughable.thanks for nothing good luck guys!
