I was referred to Dr. Alexis by a friend when she heard about my concerns related to menopause. I am so glad that I called and met Dr. Alexis. My experience has been no less than terrific. She listened to my concerns and with her experience working with women on HRT was able to prescribe just what would work. I am SO much better than I was. I had terrible joint pain and fatigue and now I have no joint pain (unless related to exercise) and have much more energy. Have the monthly check ins with Dr. A is also critical to keeping on top of my concerns and tweaking the doses as needed. It has been a great investment in my health and wellbeing. So happy.

I was thrown into menopause by an emergency surgery, just 4 months ago. She is super knowledgable yet easy to talk to about a topic that was absolutely confusing for me. My first impression: She HEARS me and understands me!

She is incredibly thorough and views patient history as a whole (versus one data point in time). We did blood work looking at a variety of markers for a baseline… and then created a bio-identical plan that was right for me.

Almost instantly I started to feel better. Now in my third month on hormones, I have energy, mental clarity and better sleep.

If ever I had a question, her office was available via text or a quick message through a private portal… with super quick follow-up. No question ever felt unimportant or trivial.

I’d also add that our follow-up appointments on video chat have been great. She maintains the same level of care, concern and friendliness even through the screen.

I feel like a fellow woman warrior and not just a number with Dr. Alexis. She’s changed my outlook on aging gracefully and being the fully present wife and mom that I was created to be! I’m truly grateful to have found her!
