Victor is very knowledgeable. His report was super detailed and very thorough. The home was built in 1920 and has been remodeled several times so we were a bit anxious. He arrived on time to meet our realtor and within 24 hours we had a 52 page report. After we reviewed the report we had an hour+ phone call with Victor and he answered all our many questions.
