Dr. Hou is very caring and compassionate with his patients. He took ample time to examine my elderly mother, very patiently explained his diagnosis and treatment options to my mother and us, despite my mother’s multitude of queries. He has the patient’s best interest at heart making sure they don’t feel rushed. My mother (and we) absolutely loves Dr. Hou and his thorough bedside manner and we are very impressed with his professionalism and clinical judgment and procedural skills.

I had a knee surgery with Dr. Anthony Porter recently and I strongly recommend him. Due to my age, initially I had concerns about having the surgery. Dr Porter was very patient and answered all my questions before and after the surgery. He explained the procedure and the recovery process in detail and made me feel confident about the outcome. He was always available to check on my progress and address any concerns I had. He is a skilled surgeon who is also a compassionate human being who genuinely cares about his patients. The staff at the office was also very friendly and caring. With check in and payment online, it's very convenient during visit.

Dr. Peatman is an excellent doctor and person, the level of knowledge and expertise far surpasses many others in his field. I have been under his care for five years for various issues and he has got me back to my former self, physically.

This clinic is horrible. I am treated as though I do not have any insurance. I injured my leg the first week of August and was in severe pain. I decided to go to this clinic because I was told that I could receive urgent care by an Orthopedic specialist. That was not the case at all! It has been about a month and I have not been seen by a specialist to even give me any guidance or let me know what I’m dealing with as far as my injury. They scheduled me to see a Dr.who said that he only treats issues with bones and not ligaments and muscles. So they referred me to another Orthopedist and that appointment was a month after the MRI. I am injured, and I need documentation for my employer as soon as possible! I also need a prognosis for recovery time and treatment, and this clinic keeps pushing my appointment further and further back! They have no regard for your time, how much pain you are in, or your employer! They will cause you to lose your job, and your injury will turn into a long term severe disability because off the negligence and delay in treatment! Please if your insurance will allow you to go somewhere else and you are suffering a painful knee/ leg ligament/ muscle injury and need treatment and documentation for your employer as soon as possible; please run from this place! The service here is not worth paying for insurance. Med-I-Cal provides much better service and care!

Dr. Austin Pitcher was an incredible doctor. My daughter broke her wrist and instead of the doctor just doing minimal work and allowing it to self heal risking any chance it could heal incorrectly, he did a surgery for my girl and made the smallest incisions keeping in my the scarring he made small incisions. He reassured me and dad every step of the way and made good on his word. My daughters wrist is back perfectly in place pain free and it’s all because of a great call from this outstanding Dr. Whom I highly recommend! PS. He also had a great personality with his patient, 10/5!

Dr Hou have helped me manage my lower back pain for the past 3+years. I chose not to have a life chaging lower back operation. Dr Hou's epidural shots have allowed me to manage my lower back pain so I can maintain a fairly active lifestyle. I am 81 years old/young!
